We had a memorable experience staying at this hotel. Although it took around 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Grosseto train station by bus, the journey was pleasant and well worth it. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, allowing us to settle in quickly. The highlight of our stay was the spa, which provided a much-needed relaxation after all our travelling. . Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus. Our room was comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat.

It was disappointed with the use of plastic cups and bowls during breakfast. It would be better to use proper ceramic options. It is understandable the tables should be clean during breakfast time for turn around however we found a cleaner with a cleaning trolley to be inappropriate for this specific rating hotel. 2 / 2

Very nice hotel close to the beach. Good breakfast. Nice pool area with pool of good size.

Inadequate supplies in the room. At least drinking glasses, paper tissues and hotel manual should be included in the room's equipment also in a standard class room.

The staff were very friendly, there was a good bar and the swimming pool was a good size.

Breakfast was disappointing, especially the fact that single-use plastic cups and bowls were provided for fruit juices and cereals. This is completely un-ecological and not something I would expect from a rated spa hotel. The hotel also seemed under-staffed though this may have reflected the fact that this was early season - the reception and barman seemed rushed off their feet.

Beautiful pool which was well maintained and very clean. Very good selection at breakfast although the juice was poor quality.

Bed and pillows a bit hard. Town lacking in character but hotel well positioned for beach and bus. Spa a little disappointing

Spa area access is included for guests and was a nice bonus. The pool is beautiful, but we spent more time at the beach, which was amazing. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and we were able to get access to the beach... Just make sure to reserve your spot at the front desk for your entire stay when checking in because space is limited during high season.

Really nice and clean hotel with spa facilities. Great location, close to the beach (less than 5min walk) and many restaurants. The pool is massive, bigger than in the pictures, which was a great surprise. Breakfast was good, the staff was nice and helpful.

A complimentary bottle of water would be nice especially when you arrive late...

The Spa Facility was top tier as was the Spa Services and Staff. The hotel Staff met my every need and expectation. The pool is one of the most beautiful around and you could walk to the beach if you wanted.

Everything was great. If I could change one thing it would be the sound of the buzzer when entering your room because it was rather loud and you could hear people coming and going because of the buzzer.

Fantastic destination, service, breakfast, drinking water in thermal pools all day.

Beds are 80cm wide which is less comfortable, double room was quite small in general. It was really challenging to dry our swimsuits in the room without a balcony.

Excellent swimming pool big enough for someone who likes swimming! Terme was really nice. Good breakfast. Sea coast was nearby and free.

Rooms are small and was not neither glass nor cups in the room. When we asked, we were given but no ability to get hot water and make tea
