Hotel Spessotto

The hotel is very well located in the heart of centro storico near everything and very convenient, the installations are nice and comfortable, all receptionists assisted me promptly with everything I needed, the shower is really strong and good, the room was small but with a good bed and pillows.

There's a lack of maintenance and cleaning in the room, the shower leaked water outside the box and the walls and roof were dirty with spider webs. But the real negative point here and it's a shame for a hotel that offers this service is the breakfast, apart from the industrialized cookies, yogurt, juice and biscuits, nothing tastes fresh. The fruit tasted defrosted and the bread was hard and dry which in my opinion is very disrespectful to guests.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the old part of the town and many good restaurants and cafés are quite close. The breakfast couldn't have been better - everything superfresh and the nice service making sure that the guests are having what they need. Although the hotelbuilding is quite old, it is very finely maintained. The aircondition is efficient and very quite!

Nothing can be improved - just go on!

I liked the location of the Hotel, it is in the heart of the city and even if you have no time for being tourist, i't just a 10 min walk and you see the centro storico, which is fascinating.

It was for sure my bad luck, but there was no fresh bread for breakfast :-/, we got to eat the dry toast. I was told that the delivery was late that day. Who knows... But in any way, the breakfast is not the strongest point of the service...

The hotel is beautiful and smells great. The view from our window was spectacular, portogruaro is really a hidden gem in Veneto. Junior suite is spacious and for a good price. Breakfast was excellent, never had scrambled eggs this delicious. The hotel has its own parking lot which is free just under your window. As a bonus, there was a festival as we were there and a costumed parade.

Shower quite small. Original room very dark...no obvious window. Asked and got another room.

The staff are friendly and handy, they helped me In English. Room is very clean and equipped with all essentials, love the antique furniture and the wooden floor. Also they offer free bicycle for you to use in town. I would highly recommend this hotel if you ever came to Portogruaro.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The breakfast should be modernized and improved a bit, with more of an Italian flair. The coffee is excellent. The service is good. The location is great, right in the historic center.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception is great.

The classic double room is too small. The humidity and smell in the room is extremely difficult, the room should be ventilated more.

Amazing location right in the centre of the town just a few minutes walk to all main attractions, bars and restaurants. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel has a private parking, which is free of charge. Although it's in the city centre, it's easily accessible. Highly recommend this property.

Standard rooms are quite tiny, the superior one we have booked is more spacious, but is was not easy to find a place for one mot very big suitcase. The bed is big but short. All superior rooms are at he attic, with one small windows in the roof, so there is a lack of daylight. Soundproofing between bedrooms is practically absent. Air conditioner didn't work during our stay. The breakfast is very basic.

The place is close to the Historic center of the fabulous city of Portogruaro. The scene is lovely and the staff is providing the best service ever. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Everything was superb. So I can't say anything wrong.
