This B&B is absolutely perfect, one of the best places I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, with everything you could want and more. The shower is heaven. The large and beautiful garden is wonderful to lounge in and have breakfast. The breakfasts were robust & delicious. And the staff treats you with tremendous attention & care, went out of their way on several occasions to help me. The women who run this place are truly amazing. The location is also great, a short walk to everything. I hope to return!

The team looking after Gianmarti were wonderful, very kind and caring. It felt like we were guests in their home and were well looked after. The room was really big, the bed comfy and there were added extras such as slippers and drink making facilities. There was plenty to eat at breakfast and we were definately well fed!! The location is approx a 10 minute walk to the new or historic centre so was perfect for exoloring the area and the bonus was that I was able to you the secure car park facility they have access to. I woulld highly recommend staying here!

It was echoey in the property as people came and went due to the high ceilings. This is not a fault of the B&B, just a nature of the property. It would not put me off booking again if I was in the area.

Great location, amazing breakfast and the owners are super friendly, helpful and always available. Would definitely go again when visiting Lecce.

I hesitate to say how wonderful my stay was because I’m worried everyone will book here and I’ll have trouble rebooking when I return. I can’t say enough about the staff, grazie mille a Michela (the best homemade tortes ever) e Elisa (I am learning Italian and they were patient with me and helped me a lot). This is a lovely B&B with a beautiful garden where I enjoyed my coffee (e anche una bella fetta di torta) and it is also very safe and secure. You can even purchase a nice bottle of wine right there, and the kitchen is always open if you need a glass or a wine opener etc. I’m so glad my daughter lives a few minutes away it is for this reason I chose to stay here. I will definitely stay again (if I can get in)!!

We (family of 4) had such a nice time at the B&B we will never forget. Our hosts, Gianluca and Lucia were so kind, when we arrived they had a big surprise for us: home made sweets, also snacks, and the best: prosecco! :) We have been in a lot of places so far, but have never experienced such a kind and warm welcome. They were so kind, we will remember them forever. Also Michela from the staff was so nice and kind with us, we have never experienced such caring attitude. Everybody was so helpful and kind, it's the best place to stay in Lecce. The accommodation is in the city center, it was so convenient to go on foot for a walk and you can easily find parking space in the street. The breakfast was great, great variety of choices and the rooms were very clean, spacious and super nice. The inner garden is gorgeous and peaceful and you can also purchase drinks in the B&B to drink it there - great quality wine and prosecco, for a very reasonable price. We were extremely satisfied with everything, it's really a great value for your money, I can only recommend this accommodation to everybody! It was difficult to come home of course, but we also got a goodbye gift from our hosts, which is also a kindness we haven't experienced before at other places. I hope once we can go back to Lecce, we will definitely choose this accommodation again! :)

We loved our stay at B&B Gianmarti Suite! Michaela was incredibly responsive when we were arriving for check in and very friendly with the check in/out process - she is great! Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. This night was one of our best stays during our Italy trip. The garden is massive and a great spot to spend some downtime during the nice weather. Breakfast was fantastic with Michaela on site to assist and make coffees! Great location to city center - 5-10 minute walk.

This was a true gem in Lecce. It is minutes from the Old Town. We booked parking, and it is definitely worth the extra expense. Our room was large, immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable, and even slippers were provided. Communication with the hostess and property was excellent, and any questions we had were answered immediately. The hostess and staff were charming and very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

absolutely fantastic stay! very kind, responsive and helpful owner, big modern room with comfortable beds, great shower with lots of toiletries, the beautiful little garden in the back is an oasis of peace, breakfast is comprehensive and delicious (various fresh pastries and breads, baked pastries, mortadella, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, jam, juices). wish I could have stayed longer!

-Exceptionally clean and beautifully presented -Staff excellent, Michela was so kind and made sure we had breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning -Bed is a good size and very comfortable -Facilities are great, garden is lovely Loved our stay here, would definitely recommend!

The location is good, does require a 10 min walk to old town but this was no issue for us!

The B&B is in a really good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Centro Storico. The room looked newly renovated, was very clean and a really good size. The gardens are a lovely place to eat breakfast. We particularly want to thank Michaela for her hospitality - she went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, always friendly and greeting us with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
