Location and the host are extremely amazing to deal with. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Customer Service, Location, & Comfort. This Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, specifically because of their customer service & management. Please Read This: My daughter got sick on the train to Milan. Even though we arrived very early for check-in, the staff stopped their routine to get our room immediately ready for my daughter to rest. The staff did not take extra money for the early check-in & stored our luggage securely for free the following day after we checked out. I am grateful for the service & spacious accommodations & comfort. I will always stay at this hotel when in Milan.

Best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location. Street of hotel is clean and quiet, super close to major attractions. Room was good because it was separated from entrance and toilet. It was clean, spacious, clean, with a small kitchenette. Good value for money. Kind staff.

Toilet was one that constantly kept flushing water. Somehow, I managaed to make it stop, but it is a problem. It was okay because it was separated from the room via a small entrance area. Coffee machine was not working properly and kept draining out the entire water tank without stopping at the right amount of coffee. It was also missing a leg and I had to place a saucer at the bottom left of the machine to level it. Small problems though.

No private parking. No breakfast at all. And we had some situation going on there. We left the room, to do shopping in city center. When we came back to the room, we faced with some weird stuff like “4 unknown suitcases” in the middle of the room. We called them, they apologized for the mistake, but still there are questions that had no answers for me. How come that kind of stuff could happen, when you clearly see that room is not available and there are already another suitcase open laying on the floor.

It was well located, safe area. friendly and helpful staff. the room was small but well appointed with high quality products. There was an espresso machine and some lovely chocolate and candies. One room had closet space and the other room had a sink, desk, and kitchenette.

One room had a king bed which was good and the other bed was a fold-out sofa, which was ok but not as good as an actual bed mattress. It’s a bit small and there’s some street noise, but that’s to be expected for something smack in the middle of a big city.

Excellent location and easy access to main attractions and foods. Room is fairly big for three of us and very clean and need. Highly recommended for family who wants to stay in good location and within walking distances to shopping areas. Better than I expected

Short of staff as only one staff was working at night and pity that he has to handle so many things. I don't know why their system shown only 2 adults when I book using booking.com (it shown 3 adults). But they keep mentioning I book for 2. It is either booking.com problem (because the print results after you paid shown for 2 adults only) but when I search it is for 3 adults. I have to argue with them on this matter. Overall most staff performance are below my expectations.

Awesome location, right by Duomo. Staff was helpful in storing our luggages before check in and aft check out. Helped to put our luggages in the room when we returned to check in as well. Friendly staff which is hard to find in italy. Room was spacious and nicely equipped with a kitchenette and a microwave. Nice strong showers as well.

Pillows need to be improved - Great that they gave 2 per person but the pillows were way too flat almost like a duvet instead. Would be great if they provided breakfast/had a breakfast area also.

Fantastic location - right next to the Duomo. Very nice room, modern decoration, great amenities, really great time there. The guy who welcomed us was very friendly too, and checked on us a few times while we stayed in Milan. Really the best room, we have stayed at out of many, many trips to Milan. Highly recommended.

The street where the room sits is very noisy, being right in the middle of the action. It gets better at night, but a lot of nocturnal animals roan around (drunk party girls, a few noisy homeless guys, the occasional loud drunk, etc.). Bring your ear plugs if you want 100% quiet night. That's the only flaw to this place.

The location of this establishment is second to none. 3 minutes to the Duomo and a fabulous cafe next door for coffee, cakes, panini and much more. Staff were very good, check in fast and the room fabulous, new and clean. Probably the most comfortable bed we had in over 4 weeks in Italy.

Only down side was the noise from the street. It was like there was no barrier provided by the windows, which as a light sleeper was a problem for me, but not my friends down the passageway. So if you are troubled by noise, ask for a room away from the street and you wont find a better place to stay.
