Close to train station, bathroom was new & immaculate, good soundproof windows

A/C was not working so soundproof window had to stay open (some street noise)! Bed and pillow were very hard, room a bit small

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, we really liked the view from the room. The hotel is very close to Central Station.

When we returned from the city in the evening, the room was very cold. The radiator did not work all night. I actually froze from the cold! There are not extra blankets in the room. I do NOT recommend during the winter !!!

Perfect and convenient location. The central station and metro is so close so it’s easy to plan activities and not to miss early bus to Bergamo airport😅 Lots of restaurants and stores. Great hotel staff. I didn’t have teapot in the room, but after I asked for one they give it without questions. Cool street view from the window!😍 Nice mattress, but quite thin and used pillows. But this one depends on personal preferences. Very pleasant lady in the hotel restaurant who made a morning coffee.

The hotel appeared to be under renovation and some parts are under construction. So it can be nosy during the daytime. Thin walls so I heated snores in the next room. Also, my room was not cleaned during the 3 nights stay.

Front Staff - Very helpful Dining staff particularly the breakfast hosts. Wonderful, welcoming attitude in the morning, especially the gentleman and the madam, who made fantastic caffe and very forthcoming with all our requests. Fantastic location, less than a 10 minute walk from the central Milano train station and a 5 minute walk from the metro. Safe, secure with plenty of eateries and convenient stores and what not.

Nothing to complain about as such. Keeping in mind, the space constraints in European hotels and B&Bs, facility was comfortable.

The location was perfect, everything is walking distance if you’re like me and my sister and don’t mind seeing the city by walking around. However the metro is also right next to you and easy to use, so that is also a plus. The staff at Mennini were super lovely and friendly. Also the breakfast was better than we expected and not just a croissant and a coffee. All in all, we really enjoyed the hotel and and would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan!

The hotel is older and would need a bit of fixing up here and there but for us that wasn’t a problem.

Location excellent, close to main railway station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Excellent room service. Great to have minibar for water etc. Liked the double aspect windows in the bedroom plus the mini balcony. Lovely bright room. Close to many restaurants on the same street.

A great location: Central Station, Metro 2 and 3, as well as lots of trams and buses within walking distance. About 10 minutes walk to Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. The street is crowded with cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. Clean, with everything you need, including a small refrigerator in the room. All the extremely friendly staff, especially those at the reception, eager to help you in any way. Rich and varied breakfast (we didn't get to taste everything), an excellent coffee made by Ricardo and served with a holiday style, cheerful and optimistic. Mrs. Cristina is extremely empathetic and eager to help you. We liked!!! We highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

All was OK.

The location is excellent. A 10-minute walk from the central train station. Easy walk or train connections to the biggest sites. The staff was great. We got there before our room was ready, but they let us leave our bags. When we returned, our baggage was waiting for us in our room. The views from the window and balcony in the room were tremendous. Good size bathroom and decent sized room overall. Would definitely recommend Hotel Mennini.

Very nice and comfortable room, big double bed, good size wardrobe, armchair, desk and tv, balcony, and big bathroom. Nice location and view of Piazza San Camillo de Lellis.

There was some bad smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom. Hard to fix it, I would try to include an air freshener.
