breakfast was nothing special and they could buy a couple of spoons as I had to eat my cereal with a teaspoon for 3 days. I asked for a spoon and was told that they don’t have any as they don’t use them! I also asked for an extra pillow on the 2nd day but was told that they don’t have. when I asked another person, Victoria, she was very helpful and got me one immediately, thank you Victoria you were a star! There was also an Asian guy at reception who was very nice too 😊

It was an amazing experience with this hotel, and I am going to summarize everything in the further paragraphs: The location is extremely well connected to the public transport, you can take the tram 12 or bus 90 and you'll arrive easily to the main attractions. The room was enough for us, small and compact. The staff was kind, friendly and really helpful. For instance, we could let our bags until late at the hotel, on the last day, without any problem. Additionally, every problem that we had, they solved it.

I don't recommend the breakfast( without variety, lack of food, and is not worth money)

The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff! Breakfast was also decent. The hotel itself had a good vibe even though it was small and the neighbourhood seemed a bit unwelcoming at first. Nearby public transport options are also good (buses 90, 91, tram 16).

We had difficulties falling asleep because the mattresses and pillows were a bit on the hard side. Additionally the building felt like a sound box - directing and amplifying noises from the stairwell and other rooms.

The room was small but cozy, the use of yellow light made me feel like wanting to stay in the room. The bed was comfy, and the room was not very hot, considering I stayed there during the heat of the summer. So I found it easy to fall asleep.

The room was not soundproof, so I could hear noises coming from the other rooms (someone was watching a movie or Youtube without headphones on). Thankfully these noises didn't continue late into the night. The amount of shampoo was not enough for my stay; I asked the receptionists to provide more shampoo for my room, but seemed like they forgot.

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was nice. - Location was very close to bus stop and metro is also close by, so getting to places was easy, but you have to plan your time well. - Clean room. - Wi-Fi was good. - Towels and toiletries were enough and were changed. - The area was silent at night

- The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe or underdeveloped. - The reception section looked messy (files seemed scattered all over the place) so the first impression wasn't that great. But you forget about that as everything else in the hotel is great.

I enjoyed the comfortable room with everything I needed, friendly staff and good location. I needed to go to concert venue “Fabrique” so it was very convenient to walk. Bus and trump stations are also close to the hotel. And the supermarket in just ~100 meters made my life easier.

I was annoyed by noises of construction works.

The property was not hard to find also to google maps and the staff was really helpful and accommodating my demands. The property is also well connected to the city centre and had a few underground station in walkable distance.

The shower was a bit old

The staff was really nice, besides italian they spoke english fluently which I found very convenient. Also it's next to tram/bus stops so it's really easy to get to the Duomo zone or Centrale (there's a tabacchi in front where you can buy the biglietti for the public transport). They offer buffet breakfrast, which costs 10 euros, and it's ok (coffee, juice, yougurts, some pastries, fruit).

The wi-fi didn't work properly during my 2 nights stay.

It is in a very good location and nicely connected with the public transport. The staff is very polite and nice and helpful. Great thing is that the reception works all the time unlike other places in Italy. And since the transportation in Italy is very unpredictable this is very good option.
