We had a very comfortable stay at the Residenza delle Citta. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the railway station and is even closer to a couple of metro stations that we frequented regularly during our stay, so is very conveniently located. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean and the staff were great. Free coffee and bottled water in the reception were were lovely extras that we all appreciated and helped make the place even more memorable. We travelled as a large group and enjoyed the relaxed feel of this property. It had a really homely vibe and would be a great place to stay with kids. We’d happily visit again and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The most important thing about this place was that it is close to many restaurants and cafés. Also, it is close to the main station of Milan. There was an easy access to the metro to the Duomo and other places the stuff was incredible and trying to help us I will stay in Mira specially Diego, Michael and Claudia will give us good tips about the area and offered help when it was needed we will definitely come back in the future

The hospitality was very noticeable specially with the free bottled water that was available at all time and the great free coffee that was in the lobby. Also, there is parking available that you have to reserve earlier.

great service and very comfortable accommodations. what was most extraordinary is that I’ve stayed here before and had left my diamond watch. Then Covid came and I was unable to come back. The hotel saved my watch for me for three years!!! I have my watch back!

The Residence is a set of large mini-apartments with bathroom, and small kitchen, built into a Milanese town house, very close to the main station. There is coffee and tea, but no catering on site. The building is lovely, incredibly clean, very very comfortable rooms, with lovely staff. There are several places to eat locally, and the staff will advise.

Nothing, it did exactly what it said to a very high standard. It's not a touristy area, but two metro lines and the main train station are not far away.

The apartments are located only a 10 minute walk from Milan Central train station. They are beautifully equipped with everything needed for our 4 night stay. The staff are wonderful , ready to provide assistance anytime during business hours. Extra bonus is the coffee and water station at reception. Only a 5 minute walk to grocery shops and 10 to Loretto metro which takes you directly to the centre of Milan. Definitely have found the best place to stay in Milan.

The room was very nicely decorated, very clean and I loved that they cleaned it daily. It was also very big and spacious. It had everything we needed and more (it had a small fridge, a stove, microwave, which we didn't use since we ate at restaurants, but they surely can come in handy). In the bathroom we found new slippers, clean towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, soap and a hair dryer and a small personal care kit, which was neat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful :) The free water, coffee and tea were a big plus for us! The location is excellent - very very close to Central Station, where you can find the shuttle buses to and from the Bergamo airport. It was also close to 3 different subway/metro stations which is also a big plus. The entrance to the building is gated, so that's a nice layer of safety. I believe staying here is great value for money, as everything was wonderful, clean and checking in/out was very easy.

The location of this place is excellent, since it's about 8 min walk from Milano Centrale, and 15 min from the city centre (San Babila/Quadrilatero). The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook lunch/dinner, including washing up liquid, a microwave and a fridge. I found cutlery and pans to be very clean, much cleaner than in other residences I stayed. If you don't want to bother making your own coffee, there is a Nespresso machine in the hall downstairs, which I found super handy. Also, bottled water is provided for free to all guests. The bathroom is very spacious and functional and towels are changed on a daily basis. Claudia and Michael have been super helpful and assisted me more than once, even printed some documents I needed for a work meeting and gave me extra duvets since I was worried I might get cold at night. A plus for me is also the fact that rooms/studios seem to be very well insulated; as a migraine sufferer who is oversensitive to noise, that proved to be key. It's been a pleasure to stay here and I will certainly be back whenever I have to visit Milan.

If I really have to find some aspects to be improved, maybe the TV should be checked, since the signal (especially La7) was very unstable. Nothing too crucial though and I imagine there must be a broader issue with the antenna.

Spotless hotel with great facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard and beds changed.

Mattress a little hard but others might prefer this . We were there from August 15th and a lot of places right next to us were closed (our fault) I think it's a holiday during this time . Still very close to the centre by metro or taxi.

Close to everything, apartment was large plenty of room, free water, coffee station, room clean most staff helpful.

Ordered a car to take us to airport Taxi arrived cost twice the.price couldn't change noone at reception early morning pick up would have been late for plain, did confirm day before lost in translation. Piece.of jewellery left behind still waiting to hear from management.
