I loved the shower and the big terrace and a great room as well

I did suggest to reception that they could be done with a seat or bench outside while waiting for hotel shuttle as I have a back injury for 3 years and not able to stand too long. Also the kettle socket where situated is too far away for me to stretch I had to get help. Also today I came back from Venice and the kettle socket was out so I had to phone reception to get someone to come up so same guy that sorted the socket for me first time he came again it was no problem for him as he is young and tall.

I really liked the room size and how nice the personel was. The cleaning services were really great. We really enjoyed the first few days.

It was communicated after we arrived that steam bathroom is closed as well (online there was only information about sauna) and the pool was already pretty cold. Also, during last days there were so many people there that it was hard to get decent sleep, and avoid someone coughing on you (we actually took stairs to avoid the coughing couple that waited for elevator we called but another coughing lady followed us on the stairs as well).

Stayed there for 2 nights( 2 adults and3 children) booked this hotel mainly because it seemed close to the airport and we had a very early flight. We had a really pleasant surprise. The staff was really welcoming, recommended restaurants not far away ( but you need a car) , they even arranged breakfast boxes for us when we left very early for our flight , the pool was great and was a tremendous bonus

A car is necessary if you want to stay there

The hotel was about to close due to regional covid measures, so there weren't many staff or facilities at the time, but the receptionist was super nice giving us cookies and my partner a big bowls of nuts on arrival! She took our breakfast order which was plentiful and delivered to our room the next morning. The hotel is a short drive from Marco Polo - we were heading to the Sella Ronda and it was a hand place to arrive late to. It seems like a conference hotel, it is very clean and the room comfortable with a great balcony..

..from the balcony we could see that the hotel had a big concrete extension that was sitting like a carcass unfinished. It seemed quite sad, possibly a victim of the pandemic and change in use. It didn't really impact our stay but it was an odd view.

A lot of space, nice room and comfortable beds, daily cleaning, very good air conditioning, good service, very good and rich breakfast, large swimming pool and outdoor area. Easy to move around with rental car and visit Venice. We found very good local restaurants near hotel (10-15 min driving distance).

I would prefer blanket covers instead of sheets.

the room was big, 2 adults and 2 teenagers : perfect beautiful reception, nice pool.

we ate at the restaurant and had a drink in the bar : the service was so slow. First time in my life that I had to wait that long in a 4 star hotel. Really need to be improved. Either not enough people or bad organized. it took us 2 hour to have dinner, we were exausted.

Great option with family room (2 normal rooms connected inside), very comfy beds, very helpful staff, nice pool.

Breakfast could have been more diverse, coffee could have been better. It would be great if a room for kids with some toys (or a small playground) was added, as kids dont really have any attractions here beside the pool.

Good location to visit Venice, Padua, Treviso if traveling by car. Free parking available, close to the highway and Mogliano Veneto train station (from where you reach Venecia S. Lucía in ~ 20 min. Apparently, the hotel usually offers a shuttle to that station which is suspended at the moment due to Covid). Nice pool area to spend to heat of the day with your kids before visiting the sites in the afternoon. Friendly and attentive staff. Stable WiFi.

Breakfast. Rooms a little dated (ours at least). Car needed. The hotel complex was never fully finished so there are a couple of concrete ruins next to the compound but vegetation covers the views of them somewhat already

Decent modern hotel with Tesla Superchargers which we used and influenced our decision for the group (5 Teslas, 10 people) to stop here.

Restaurant has limited options for evening meals and works out quite expensive. By contrast, a cup coffee is quite reasonably priced if you are just stopping to charge.

Best value for money. Excellent room, great pool, the restaurant and its staff exceeded our expectations by far. Instead of leaving Venice after a great time in a rush with a ugly snack, we enjoyed the stay in the hotel and had a great Italian meal before leaving the country.

Water ran out of the shower into the bathroom. They will fix it. Shower was great by the way
