Best Western Hotel Ferrari

Quiet, friendly staff to check in and response to our message that the television was not working in two minutes, breakfast was very good, great coffee as well

Only one criticism, I asked about parking when I booked and they responded by message that it would not incur any extra cost but when I checked out next morning reception staff asked for five euros. I said it had been free but she challenged that and demanded the five euros.

Overall the hotel is nice and has good value for money if you need a short stay in Nola. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel offered a shuttle service to Nola station, which was nice. The location is what you expect it to be - you should have a car. They also accepted our small dog free of charge.

My reservation says the room I booked should be 35 sqm. But in fact, the rooms are much smaller (something around 20-22 sqm only, not more). As one of the reasons why we booked it was the size of the room, it was really disappointing the room is much smaller than advertised. The difference is huge and real size of the room should be advertised.

Beautiful lobby. The receptionist who welcomed us (09.08.21, night shift) was absolutely nice, professional and helpful. We came late, he was so positive and energetic! Thanks him for the atmosphere! Big parking, absolutely clean room (Good job, housekeeping department!), bed is amazing, view is wonderful. Also I would like to mention the person, who brought all bath amenities, extra towels for the 3rd person IN ADVANCE! Thank you! We were not needed to call at midnight at Front Office and to wait at least 10 min. Absolutely recommended.

The renovated rooms are good, it is underground parking included (if you find a place), friendly stuff, in-house restaurant

A good hotel, perhaps slightly better than typical of a chain. Rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Since this was an overnight transit stop en route to the airport it was everything we needed after a long drive. Buffet breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Easy to access secure parking was a plus too.

The hotel was an easy location on our way to the south from Naples airport to stay there for one. Parking available and really good breakfast with good service.

Onsite parking was a benefit as so many places in Italy don't have parking.

Walls were thin and we could hear everyone coming off the elevator

It was clean.

Thé location is far away from Naples .
