Kemani Villa Sara Olbia

The room and reception area are very nice, tasteful and decorated with attention to detail. The bed is nice and shower is good too. We even had a little bit of view of the water when standing on the balcony. The garden of the adjoining restaurant is beautiful.

When we arrived, we could not check in right away because I believe we should have contacted them separately with our time of arrival. They don’t have a reception all day and restaurant staff can’t help. But here in the booking app, it just gives you a window for check in.. Anyways we waited a bit for someone to come over, staff brought us a free drink, and then we could check in. One thing to note is that the breakfast is not really anything to speak of. We were hoping some breakfast in the garden but really it’s just a nespresso machine, pre-packaged crackers and croissants, and some jam. Even if it’s included in the price, I would not even mention it personally. It takes away from the otherwise very luxurious feel!

Central location near shops and restaurants, lovely garden and very nice comfortable interiors. Nice touches with lovely smelling toiletries and air conditioning. Felt safe at the property. Staff was very helpful and immediately offered to carry our luggage to the first floor as soon as we entered through the gate.

The shower floor was very slippery and there was no floor drain, so the bathroom floor became quite wet (which we immediately mopped up with the extra towels)

The hotel met our expectations, as we had read the reviews - which told us that the breakfast would be basic, also that there isn't manned reception, so you need to arrange your arrival time. We thought it was excellent value for money - a very central location, and the rooms were really big, with super comfy beds, and the air-conditioning worked, as well the bathroom was nice and new, and it was cleaned daily. Vanessa who managed the villa, was lovely.

Aside of the aforementioned negative, the only other thing to be aware of - is that the area is busy, as well there is a downstairs bar, so it is noisy at night (take ear-plugs).

The room was lovely, spacious and recently renovated. The bathroom was wonderful with a huge shower and high quality fittings as well as big fluffy towels. There was a coffee machine in the room as well as a fridge/mini bar. The location was excellent at one end of Olbia’s main street with bars and restaurants close by but surprisingly quiet at night. Most of all, the staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful despite my very poor Italian language skills! They made us feel very welcome.

There was a very limited breakfast available, I’m not sure if this is typical of hotels and guest houses in the area though. it really wasn’t a problem as there were several great breakfast options nearby at very reasonable prices.

Super location rIght in the center of the city and right above a outdoor lounge bar area. Very comfortable beds and room overall.

The music from the lounge bar below goes on until midnight or 1am and despite the double glazed windows still audible although not to a stressing point. We all fell asleep while the music played.

Great location, next to everything happening in Olbia, beautifully decorated halls and bedroom, everything seems new and in order. they also have a restaurant with some really tasty food.

We missed the agreed check-in time so we had to wait another hour outside, the Air Conditioner in the room was not cooling it enough, the breakfast was a bit sad.

Rooms are spacious and cosy, perfectly situated towards the city centre.

Parking spots nearby are rare...do not expect do get one at any time. Especially in high season.

Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom and a comfy bed. Nice balcony and very clean. Amazing and accommodating staff. Excellent location.
