Four Points by Sheraton Padova

Quiet, comfy room with lots of large mirrors. Plenty of desk space. Good quality toiletries. Very good eco-green policy. Very nice furnishings and ambiance. The lifts are very efficient. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful with directions and advice on local transport.

The carpets could be cleaner. The staff at breakfast were overwhelmed by the large number of guests - they tried to do their best, but the buffet kept being emptied before they could refill it. The pancakes were delicious, however they were served fridge-cold. The cleaner opened our room door while we were in it, despite having been told we would leave in a few minutes.

The hotel is easily accessible next to the highway and well insulated as there was no external noise. The décor is styled in 60s/70s way which may not appeal to people who prefer a more modern style. The staff are super friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Finding hotels with baths now seems to be a luxury in itself and it was much appreciated. Breakfast is ok but the cooked options were cold.

The restaurant menu goes to great lengths to explain allergens and yet fails to mention that one of the dishes is accompanied with a liver sauce. These days many people are not so accustomed to the use of offal and this should be noted to avoid surprises.

When you travel by motorway in Europe in the summer, you can't be sure exactly when you'll arrive, especially on a long journey that includes heading over the Alps. It was great to go to an Italian hotel where people know this, you can check in at whatever time, there's something to eat or drink when you arrive and so on. It felt so professional and welcoming just arrive in the handy car park and get my child up to the room quickly after a 900km drive. The room was really really nice - chain hotels often have generic decor, but the Padova touches in the room looked great, the view was great and the fact that the hotel practically has its own slip road back to the motorway in the morning felt good too. Che bella accoglienza :=)

Nothing - it was so professional and well run.

Everything was great. The hotel is located near the highway, which suited us, it has a spacious, free parking lot. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is excellent, a very good selection of dishes. The room is also good, spacious, the bed is very comfortable, which we really needed after a long journey. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Only the shower, because it is very impractical, someone who is a little taller needs to break in the tub to take a shower.

Room is spacious, bed very comfy. Location is perfect for my job since my customer is around the corner. breakfast complete as always and staff helpful!

Noise of the highway (will definitely check for a room that is on the other side next time) and the airconditioning not working. Room was a sauna but the front desk manager opened my window during my absence and the temperature was perfect after he’d done that. Compliments!

Dinner and breakfast were very tasty and there was a good variety of options. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions and helped us where they could. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds.

The room was clean but a little small. It was however well equipped. The shower was fixed but I would have preferred one that is detachable. The bed mattress and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but was always the same during our whole stay.

I don't have anything to complain about Four Points.

Room was nicely decorated and of good size. Bed was comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. Location was good.

My only complaint was the room was quite warm and the Air conditioner did not seem to work well. I did not ask for it to be addressed so that is my fault.

Location very nearby Motorway was super for me Room was fine but dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Though COVID measures are still in force, they did not feel as a burden. Staff was very flexible in complying with them.

There was nothing to complain about.
