Almost everything!! Beautiful location right next to a small lake. There are vineyards all around. Nice facilities and amazing rooms. Excellent breakfast with view to the lake. Wonderful dinner. Super nice and friendly stuff.

A bit dark room at the evening. Not a problem during the day thanks to the light from outside. The spa facilities are ok, not more than that.

Nice ****S hotel with authentic buildings and most (?) rooms in a recent construction beside. Outside the busier center on a smaller lake. Spacious pool with shallow areas ideal for families with children. With a bar & small food kitchen nearby. There is also an adults-only pool. Fitness is not so large, but equipped with recent and maintained Technogym gear. Friendly staff except 1 elderly lady at the reception, but I think it had to do with the many concerns due to the recent events of the intense hailstorm they've had 2 days before our arrival. Their roofs broken, solar panels broken, and so much more.

Small critisism ... a) For 2-3 days from 8 am we had noise from saw engines and heavy vehicles because they were deforesting the strip along the small lake. Was this related to hail damage? I do not think so. If not, I personally would plan these works outside the high season. Maybe there was a reason they absolutely had to do it now. Nevertheless it felt a bit annoying. b) Lady at the wellness area only spoke a few words of English. BUT it is only up to me to speak their language. Although from a commercial point of view I would expect that they should be able to provide a basic explanation. Even if it's just that they read it from a document. But again, it's a good reason for us to learn their language. Something we do step by step.

The breakfast selection was amazing, catered for all tastes and was presented really well. Staff were exceptionally nice and catered for all of our needs. The staff member that stood out the most was Abbas. He was very helpful and kind. But needless to say all staff members were more than exceptional. I needed to go to the hospital during my stay and the care and attention I received from the hotel was second to none!

That the outside pool was reserved only for a few select guest rooms. The public transport did not reach the hotel and it was inconvenient with all of our luggage to walk to it from the train station. The taxi services were not reliable in the area.

Fab breakfast- great choice. Restaurant was beautiful- location and atmosphere perfect. Family friendly yet still refined and felt like a special stay. Great choice of pools - family pool perfect and lovely to have the adult only too. Room so comfy and with a small child we really appreciated the well equipped kitchenette. Staff cleaned room thoroughly every single day and changed sheets often.

Only negative was that there wasn’t a Children's menu even though they welcome families. They offered a small portion of the adult menu on request but we could have done with some other options for our little boy. Some of the main meals were too complex for him.

It’s a fantastic place to relax, I wish we had more time here! It has nature, a lake, spa, pools, restaurant, everything you need. The reception was very responsive, I had some questions and I was just asking them in the booking.com chat. The hotel has shuttle buses to the city center 3 times a day, which is great if you don’t have a car! As well as a free transfer to the hotel from the airport upon arrival.

Unfortunately we had to experience very bad service in the restaurant on our last day. The food wasn’t great, so I refuse to eat and the staff didn’t try to solve the issue at all, that left a bit mark. The breakfast is ok, very limited choices.

The hotel is located in an amazing wine area, in front of a small beautiful lake. The hotel structure is beautiful and charming, clean and well maintained, full of flowers and beautiful plants. The restaurant is very good.

Service was not at 4s stars level. There was a wedding party making noise in the common areas that were full of people. Even young guests to the wedding removing party clothes to dive and swim in the pool with underwear. Service in the restaurant was very slow, 2 hours to get 2 dishes. Self service coffee machine at breakfast.

The location was lovely, the facilities ( pool ) was super nice - the breakfast OMG ( they do great PIEs and overall the baked good were amazing! ) The room was very nice & so was the view - super clean & at point with services i would recommend this place ALOT!

I cant think of things that i didnt like in this place other than one thing which was mosquito bites, but thats due to location and not due to the cleaness of the place!

- Pool areas. Especially the infinity pool. - Food and drinks at pool bar. - Nature surroundings. - Decor

- Service at the main restaurant, and food quality is varying. - Location, bus, etc. is not available - but just short of 15€ by taxi to peschiera Centre and train station - Communication can be challenging as the staff is insufficient in English, except for the reception

Room was great and the balcony with the view to teh river was exceptional. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. The overall experience was like being in a movie in Italy.

The water in the gacousy were cold.

Breakfast was good, lacked variety on the cooked section, variation of eggs were at a additional charge as well as a non meat option. The bar was very well stocked and drinks were prepared very quickly, service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested softer pillows and that was actioned immediately.

There were 3 consecutive weddings at the time of our stay which was quite noisy and disruptive. Our room was located very close to the wedding reception/party. I feel we should have been made aware of this prior to our stay.
