Hotel Touring

The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the train station but still very close to the city centre. I got a single room which was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was generlly good, with a good choice of food. The price of the room was adequate to the service provided and lower than anything else in the area.

The bathroom was maybe a little small, expecially the shower. Although this was a minimal problem, there was only one power outlet in the room, which means I couldn't plug in a laptop and my phone at the same time.

Clean fresh sheets, bed made up daily, fresh towels daily, cleaned daily. Location is great within walking distance to all of Pisa. Breakfast offered a good range of continental options.

The rooms could do with a little tlc, the shower head was broken in our room, there was some sealant missing, some dead squished mosquito remnants on the walls and net curtains, needs just someone to look at the finer details.

Staff were lovely and genuine and have good recommendations of places to go. Bed was very comfy. In a great location as so close to the train station and restaurants. The location put us in walking distance from everywhere in Pisa we had a great time. The price was very reasonable.

Facilities were a bit outdated therefore didn’t have the feel of being extremely clean.

Location- very close to the rail station which was very convenient for us and a 10 min walk from the main bar/ restaurant area in Pisa. Comfy bed, decent room size.

Tv was not working - didn't really affect our stay but it defo wasn't working properly.

Reception was locked up and in the dark when we arrived after midnight - had to ring a doorbell for access. Night manager was a bit grumpy and didn't turn on the lights in reception when letting us in, but it was late so that's understandable

Location can not be better than this for those using train as transportation. It is few steps from Pisa Centrale. For a couple, it have a good size room.

Shower is extremely small with almost no room to turn around when taking a bath. Located in a very noisy area. Should have a breakfast included.

The hotel is next to the train station. This is perfect for those who plan excursions (it is a perfect option for base city to go to Cinque Terre). Also the downtown is 5 minutes by walking. The leaning tower is 15-20 minutes. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and towels always change.

Staff was super friendly and gave me directions to all the best places to visit. The bedroom was clean and was quiet, couldn't hear much from the streets. Very close to the train station!

The bed was a little flimsy.

a little dated in style but for the price, you can’t complain. it was clean so that’s all you want in a short stay. we were out for most of the time so the decor didn’t bother us.

I loved that it was just a minutes walk from Pisa Centrale Train Station. The 24 hour check in was fantastic. My flight was delayed by 3 hours and got in after midnight and someone was at check in waiting for me so there was no hassle.
