The keepers of the room were EXTREMELY kind and helpful, the most friendly we've encountered in all of Italy. They were obviously excited to have us staying there. :) They let us put our bikes in the stairway early, hours before check in, which helped us out immensely. They also let us hang out in the common area even after checkout because it was a rainy day. They were super communicative over Wattsapp too!
The space could use a couple more details like towel racks, napkins available in the common room when making coffee, a screen on the window for flies. But these are just details.

The apartment is just restructured and it seems really new. The break fast was offered in the caffetteria nearby the apartment. The personal was always ready to help me.
The location is a bit far from the central station but accessible. There isn't any lights for stairs.
