Very nice hotel. Great location if you're staying to visit Garda Lake. Comfortable to reach by car. Easy to find parking space on the street. Lots of restaurants and several supermarkets around. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Helped us with several issues not related to the hotel. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

The room facilities were quite old and in need of freshening up. Not enough light in the area of the closet. It was difficult to pack and unpack, I had to use my phone torch... There is a small refrigerator so you can keep some food, but no plates or spoons or anything else to use if needed. Only several one-use plastic cups. In my opinion , it will be nice to have a couple of plates, forks or spoons to use especially if your traveling with children...

Check in was pretty simple, lady was very nice and supportive. The places in garage are small, so big SUV have no chance but to park on the street or at the park spot from the stores, that are located 1 minute away from the hotel. Swimming pool was clean and suitable for the children. The service was very good, when I was near the swimming pool, the guy from the hotel came to me and asked , would I drink something and if everything is ok for us. There is a conditioner in the room, and a small balcony. Toilet and bathroom were very clean and fresh. Beds were also fresh, soft and comfy.

Wi-Fi didn't work, but I think its not a problem of the hotel. In the day we arrived the whole Sirmione was without an Internet. Also, for me it was not critical.

A friend and I stayed at Hotel Vittoria for 3 nights in the middle of August this year. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay - they helped us make restaurant reservations and gave us a great tour of the hotel upon arrival. The room was lovely and clean and the cleaners did a fantastic job. They provided us extra pillows and bedding sheets without even asking. The room had a small fridge and safe which was great. Free Wifi accessible throughout the hotel too. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. The pool had lots of sun and was a pleasure to spend time at during the day. The hotel bar was cheap and the staff were extremely accommodating, allowing you to take drinks to your rooms/pool area. Pool towels are available with an added cost of 8 Euros for the stay. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but was recommended. The hotel was in a great location, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The old town of Sirmione is about a 30 minute walk but it is all flat with a shuttle bus around 5 mins walk from the hotel that will take you up to the old town if walking is not feasible. Overall, the hotel was wonderful and quite, in a great location and we could not fault our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be retuning.

The lady at the entrance was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have got a side/pool view, but was very quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we just stayed a night here, so cannot comment much on the facilities or the pool, but we would have wished to stayed longer. Just a few meters away, you can rent bicycles and explore around. That was very convenient. There's also a private parking area, which will cost you a bit, but we'll worth if there are free spots.

Nothing really negative to mention. All was very positive.

Had a superb welcome here, extremely friendly, there were 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 children and we were very well accommodated. We had drinks outside in the garden and were brought some lovely complimentary snacks. Bathrooms partly renovated but OK. Rooms very recently renovated, really very nice and modern and we even had two balconies in our double room, I think most rooms had one. Fantastic breakfast, such variety, scrambled eggs etc. and some delicious cakes. Very nice pool and sunbathing area. Everywhere very clean. Good private parking.

Amazing place, very good location, very nice and helpfull staff. Very tasty breakfast.

Everything was ok, only a few details. Hotel has a garage, but the entry is too narrow, so it is fast impossible to park in with a very long car (for example A6, Superb, Insignia, V90...) Bathroom a little bit small for us.. But it is probably standard in this location - not a really problem.

The hotel was very well-equipped. Our kids particularly enjoyed the pool. Eventhough the location is not close to the beach, it was very close to all the necessities for a comfortable stay: restaurants, groceries, laundry shop, etc. Breakfast was well-stocked and readily replenished. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sirmione.

This hotel had so much to offer, we didn't get to experience it all, the pool and lounging area in particular. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very clean. Great location for walking into Sirmione and for getting on main roads.

Parking was limited so difficult to find a space at times but again, the staff were very helpful getting us a space The bedroom was small

Comfortable hotel in a calm neighbourhood, staff is very nice, breakfast is good. Great price.

Difficult to find the parking close to the hotel, there are only 3-4 spots in front of the building. The walls are very thin, you can hear every noise in the room next to yours. Some people were having a very loud party and we couldn´t sleep at night. Our neighbour in the next door was talking and we could hear every word.

The staff was amazing - extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was just wonderful, enjoyed every bit and it was a lot of stuff to choose from. The pool area was also very good and the surrounding is kept to the perfection so it looks very nice from the outside. Quite good located but it is hard with the shuttle buses as they are usually late etc.

The room pictures were much better than in reality it is. The hairdryer is not very comfortable to use.
