The owner of the apartment is a nice person, he tries very hard to help and cares about cleanliness. you can find a pub/grocery/laundries/pizzas nearby in 2-3 minutes walk. A very good place for a long-term stay. You have everything in the kitchen, a large living room and two bedrooms, for parents and children, and of course a bathroom with shower. You can park your car in the garage. Check satellite map before travel because you can get confused how google map is guiding to the place.
What I missed is only one thing, knife to cut meat but with existing one was possible to make meal. Road to place is under construction but this is not fault of owner but local authorities.

When we arrived in Surbo di Lecce, we did not expect such a luxurious apartment, given the appearance of the surroundings. The apartment was "huge", clean, with all equipment. The landlord Alessandro was always available and responded very quickly. He prepared everything we needed and more than we expected. He is a very kind and generous person. If you are traveling to this part of Italy (Brindisi airport), I recommend staying in this apartment also because of the location itself (close to the highway and only 30 minutes to the airport). Definitely worth the money.
The neighborhood around the apartment is unfinished.

Nice apartment, comfortable beds. Mr. Alessandro very friendly. It is better to come by car, because it is a couple of kilometers to the city center. There is a shop nearby. It was very pleasant. And we could have a car in the garage. 😊 You can also park in front of the apartment.

Very friendly host. Very big appartment. We were even allowed to use the garage for free. 3 minutes walk to groceries store to buy food for breakfast.
Buy your own breakfast in nearby store as the offer in the appartment is only symbolic.

The host is extremely friendly and very concerned about the comfort of his guests. He takes care of every detail. He cleans the apartments better than anyone else. I have never seen such perfection in cleaning.
