Hotel Dei Pittori

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the university campus (Einaudi) but it would work perfectly for sightseeing - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions and well connected by tram and bus to the rail and metro. The neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and everything in the room worked perfectly (including the A/C unit that also provided white noise). Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful (let me store my bags for the day after checking out). You can get by with English and/or French but it does help to know a bit of Italian. I would stay here again with no hesitations.

The shower was quite narrow and difficult to operate. Outside can get noisy in the evening during the summer but shutting the windows and turning on the A/C will fix it.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could possibly need. The bed was cozy, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One thing that truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They were always attentive, ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Big thank you to Alessio! He was amazing! Definitely will be back.

I was positively surprised by the wonderful, friendly reception and all the people working at the hotel were absolutely amazing! The upgraded room was spacious and beautiful. At breakfast there was the loveliest ever lady to design the breakfast according to my wishes; tastiest ever omelette and everything needed. Was lovely to stay in a smaller hotel with personality - overall a great experience.

The misunderstanding about the garage. Being called a liar by the owner/manager (?) when I had made a mistake on the address mail. Even when I showed him the proof I had sent a mail, he did not apologise for his rudeness. In the end, he allowed us to park in fro nt of the hotel. What would have been a very enjoyable stay let us with a bad feeling.

Charming little hotel. Beautiful large room with very high ceilings. Nice little balcony, beautiful furniture. Very comfortable. Delicious dinner, friendly waitress, very good selection of whiskies.

Nice hotel not far from Torino centre. Convenient garage and elevator (main parameters for initial selection). Room was nice and relatively quiet even if on the main street side. Breakfast was good. Personnel was very kind and helpful.

The instructions for the opening/closing of blinds and of the windows are not clear and require several trials. Not list of TV channels in the room, but that's minor.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, they brought us everything we wanted. Room was very beautiful with everything you needed, also the things in the minibar were free. Location is great, right in the city center.

Nothing, I was really pleased with the hotel, it exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful small hotel in very well kept condition. Most kind and helpful staff. Well situated in the perimeter of the city centre. Really nice breakfast.

Fitting a descent shower cabin in the beautiful wooden bathroom is a challenge which could have been met better.

tasteful, period setting of italian art nouveau; conscientious, polite hosts: efficiently managed. An aimable, original place to stay: one comes off the street and enters an oasis. Also the location is very practical though not too touristic

Covid lockdown is an ongoing nuisance though the property did the utmost under the circumstances

The stuff is very friendly and polite. The room is spacious and bathroom is very comfortable. Though furniture is a but old, everything looks very stylish. The area around the hotel is very nice, so many good restaurants.

The A/C in the room was placed directly opposite the bed. The cool air was blowing directly at us, which made me uncomfortable. It was Friday night and we heard some people partying whole night to 5am.
