Friendly and accommodating personnel. Just to mention something I never experienced even in much fancier hotels: the first night I used an extra blanket to raise my head in bed. The day after they put an extra pillow on my bed. Thoughtful 🙂

It was great! The sheets were soft and the room was all I needed for 1 night. The man at the front carried my extremely heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs as well. Overall great experience :) it’s an easy walk to the pala alpitour arena along with the train station that can take you to Milan!
