>Room size is too small as well as the washroom (this is how it is with most of the hotels) >No storage space in the room (no wardrobe/cub board), it becomes difficult to manage your luggage >The hotel charges ¥200 per head per night as local tax which is not included in the booking and also no intel is provided by the online booking sites. Lovely hotel, great location. The breakfast was excellent. Even the machine coffee was delicious. I loved the carpet in the room - it looked strange in the photos but was actually very stylish. I liked the little sofa bench and desk. There was a kettle and some green teabags. The room had a simple but tasteful design and was very comfortable.

The sheets and quilt were not good, made of some non-natural blend. The pillow was too hard. For people used to a high thread count or bedding of soft natural fabrics this was a sore point. I would recommend to the owners that they throw out those quilts and sheets and start again. With cotton sheets and quilt cover and a feather quilt (or even blankets would be better). Then this hotel would be perfect.

The location of the hotel is almost perfect, just 1.2km from Tenjin where you don't need to walk, easily catch subway 1 stop to reach bustling Tenjin. There are some authentic Japanese restaurants around the hotel e.g. Inaba Udon is a must.

Someone may dislike the way they do duvet since the duvet cover is not deep cleaned in a particular guest registration. Normally most hotels in Japan will cover duvet with newly washed white blankets in both sides but here they have only inner and cover with gray duvet which is reused.

1. the room size is quite good compares with normal Japan style hotel. 2. very near to the station YaKuIn. but have to transfer to another train by walking 7-8 mins through underpass to reach the airport or hakata station. 3. have 7-8 parking lots which charges 1100 yen per night.

the housekeeping won't wash the cups, unless you put them into the basin in the toliet.

The whole place is nice, clean, organized, and comfortable to stay. It is very close to the station Yakuin and also close to a lot of places that you can visit by walking around 20min.

Only the wifi is not so good if you need to attend to an online meeting, for example.

Breakfast was above average. The location is very good, close to the Metro station which is only one stop from the city center. The hotel is not very far from the airport.

I used the free wifi for video conferencing. The signal was lost for a few times.

The location is great! 2mins from the metro station by walk. The surrounding has supermarket, convenient store and the drug stores. The staffs are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Fukuoka 😊

No, everything is perfect

Exceptionally clean, quiet & real, true, non-smoking rooms! Good size tub & zero mold or mildew in the bathrooms. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Good location, walking and trains are both convenient. We were able to park in the front lot for an additional ¥1100, very reasonable. Strong WiFi. Fantastic value in FUK!

Beds & pillows are very firm, which was no surprise - we bring our own pillows for this reason.

Car parking is available and near by subway station just walk only 3 mins. The room is big enough area for 3 people excess Sofa for relax and eat in the room. bathroom is clean and available of shampoo and shower gel.

There is service man for help about luggage handle and move to be better for guest.

Near to the Yakuin station, walking distance to Tenjin, quiet street. Bathroom was big and brand new. Breakfast was pretty good, many Fukuoka local dish

A little bit cramped because we stayed with 3 beds. So no space to open the suitcase.
