Hotel Kojan

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. My husband and I are from the Untied States and have limited Japanese speaking skills. However, this was not a problem with their staff. They were still incredibly courteous and helpful. The breakfast that was served was so delicious, too! I'd like to start by taking about the location: this hotel is very conveniently located about 15 minutes walking distance from Dotonburi. My husband and I also decided to walk to Osaka Castle, which is about a 40 minute walk but WELL worth the walk as the local area is incredibly pleasing to look at. There are also several convenience stores and the train station all within walking distance. As for the room itself, it was very quaint and exactly what we needed for our two night stay. The room was very quiet, generally, with the exception of a few people in the halls, which was at no fault to the facility. The beds and pillows were firm, but surprisingly comfortable. The rooms come with complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and wash rags which we used as a trial at first but then ended up enjoying a lot. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Kojan and will be glad to stay again if we are in Osaka.

The location of this hotel is great! We would walk to Shinsaibashi and Dohtonbori all the time from the hotel. Subway stations are also near it. The rooms were big compared to other nearby hotels I saw online. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Korean food with continental options and it was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered my questions before my trip and when we accidentally left my dad's jacket in the hotel room they helped us to get it back. I highly recommend it!

There's no reception from 11 pm to 7 am so you buzz yourself into the hotel. It's okay for us but some people might find it a hassle.

Great location. Friendly staff. If you are lucky enough to have the free breakfast as part of your booking we got something different every day.

nearby Shinsaibashi-suji and Glico sign at Dotonbori. a perfect place with many selections of restaurants surroundings. comfortable room, friendly front desk staffs who can speak Korean or Chinese, they assisted and made sure they accomodate our needs well🙏

Hotel staff was incredibly attentive to my family and I. We enjoyed our stay and the care of the staff. Combini near by and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Also close to train station.

It is very convenience. 3 min walks to the train station, 1 min walk to the underground shopping street, 10 min walk to the major tourist area. Many restaurants nearby open till late at night. Very near to 24 hours convenience stores. Locate on a quiet street. Cold drinking water facilities in the lobby even though they provide kettle in the room to boil water. Air con is cold enough. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There were dust on the table and desk, and the cups were not very clean, though the overall cleanliness was still acceptable. There was no view looking out from the window but with that price we did not expect too much.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kojan on March 13-14. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly kind and attentive receptionists, Laura and Maggie. Their warmth and helpfulness were truly exceptional, especially when they found and safely stored my daughter's laptop that she had accidentally left in the lobby, and then promptly contacted us to retrieve it later that evening. Moreover, the owner of the hotel displayed a remarkable level of hospitality by generously allowing us to store our luggage free of charge after we had checked out, enabling us to enjoy our visit to Universal Studios without any worries. This level of care and consideration made our experience at Hotel Kojan truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only comfortable accommodations but also exceptional service.

Our holiday vacation in Osaka was made even more special because of Hotel Kojan. The Frint desk whom I believe is the owner, the housekeeping and everybody else in the hotel is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel and rooms does not just look spotless clean but smells clean too.You can store your luggage before check in and after check out. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. We loved everydays we spent here. Thank you Kojan hotel

Location wise it’s very near the train station it’s just across the street like 2-3 minute walk. It has 7 11 like literally few steps from the property. It’s walking distance to Dotonbori area (Glico Sign) and shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. You can adjust your AC heating and cooling. And definitely spacious enough unlike in other hotels. You have closet and can open your luggage widely without having problem about space. The toilet seat OMG it has heater. OG toilet of Japan are superb! Plus coffee,tea and water is free at the lobby. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back next time.

It is very close to train station and major tourist area. It is also close to underground walking streets, and restaurants nearby open till late at night, There are also 24 hours convenience stores nearby. The keepers are friendly and helpful. They speak good English and Mandarin. They also provide drinking water facilities in the lobby, even though they provide kettles to boil water in the room.

There was some dust on the table and desk, and the cups were not very clean, but overall the cleanliness was still acceptable. With the price they offer and the kind hospitality they provided we think those were minor and acceptable issues.
