We stayed there for 2 weeks, first impression when we entered it :- clean and comfortable. I expected a more budget hotel vibe because the entrance was at the side and the for the cost of the room but it was great. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent english. You can pay with your card or cash. All necessary amenities can be collected at the reception area such as, shower caps, shaving blades, loofas, towels, sheets etc. They provide room cleaning services but itll cost you 2000 yen. If u keep your room clean this shouldnt be an issue. U can change your sheets, comforter, pillow cases and towels throughout your stay by requesting them from the reception, only thing you have to do it on your own. Theres laundry and dryer facilities in the hotel, 400 yen for the whole thing. Trash area on the 1st floor. The hotel room itseld is small, with a queen size bed. 2 chairs and cabinets to store things. A table with universal charging cables and a tv. Micovawe and a sink and a big window overlooking tokyo skytree ( our room was on the 6th floor). The AC also had a heating option for when the temperature drops. The toilet was small, had a bathtub and a sitting toilet. Shampoos and body wash provided. Wouldnt say they were the cheap kind because it did wonders to my curly hair. No bidet or such, just the normal japanese toilet with the auto jets to your private areas. Hot water is also available. The hotel was quiet. There is a delicious ramen shop opposite the hotel and an indian food joint downstairs. Vending machines at the reception. Universal chargers can be bought at the hotel, iron and all provided upon request. Overall i think it was a great accommodation for the price, im very happy and i hope they keep this up

The toilet door had an handle that kept coming off, so everytime u had to fix it which was very annoying. It can drop and hurt your foot since its very metal object. Some switches didnt work. The one near the microwave had burn marks on them and didnt function. The pillows werent great. It was lumpy and thin so i had to fold them in the middle to get a proper height.

We really liked the location and services offered. However the room did not automatically come with all the mentioned amenities. You do have to ask for them and with a small language barrier that could be a problem for some. I noticed that other travelers were also experiencing this hiccup. When you do get things like a fork, spoon or plates you get previously used sponge with a bottle of soap. 5k run to the Skytree if you plan the route well.

The room size should not automatically allow you to book it for three travelers. This is a typical Japanese size room but three people (two 5'5" adults & one 4' child) definitely do not fit on a double bed.

The location is a small walk to the station but honestly no big deal! It is a great walking distance to Skytree and Asakusa area! The bridge area is also very nice! The hotel is close to convenience store and supermarket! There are also different train lines such as oedo and asakusa line for public transportation and busses! Staff was very nice and helpful with any needs we had!

I didn't always sleep super well the pillow was a little too hard for me personally, but my friend didn't have that issue at all! The fridge was a little hard to use.. you could change the temperature so sometimes it would freeze our water and sometimes our ice cream would melt! Takes some time to work out.

The hotel is not perfect but its great value for your money. There's no room as cheap as this anywhere. Despite this, it provides a nice place to sleep in. Don't bother bringing shampoo, soap, conditioner or any skin care products. The skincare products in the hotel is amazing. The hotel staff are very accommodating despite the language barrier. They entertained my need for scissors, umbrella and more haha. They even went out of their way to find the airpods I left and shipped it to my friend who lives in Tokyo. The hotel is near a river so the air is really nice and also really cold. This is also a great spot to jog in the morning. There's a nearby 7/11 and bus station.

Hmmmm... if riding the train dont alight at Asakusa Station, trust me it's too far. Alight at Kuramae Station, take the Oedo line, exit A7, not A6. A7 has escalators, A6 has a lot of stairs haha For areas of improvement, I think cleanliness of the restroom and nicer pillows definitely! Oh and buy new scents for the rooms because it smells dusty hehe tho a deodorizer is provided for the room, it smells like nothing.

WHERE DO I START! super close to the center, subway and buses, supermarkets, shopping center, temples etc. Staff super helpful and friendly. Any amenity you need, they have, and if you have a problem they will fix it in nothing of time. We liked it so much we supposed to stay 1 week and we ended up staying a whole month. This is your place.

Internet might not be very powerful but if you tell reception they will help you right away with giving you a router for the room. Also I think they should clean the dust from some places bc I’m allergic to dust and I could notice it a lot. the rest is just aaaaaall good. Btw I know for some people, the room will seem to be too small but folks, this is Japan, all the building are like this.

The staff speaks perfect English. They are really polite and helpful. The location was great during summer because we could see a festival from the balcony. The nearest metro station is 5 min away. They also have a laundry room for 500 yen. Oh they have a luggage delivery service where you can send to an airport or your next hotel. You should do that.

Small room for two but this was expected. They don't have breakfast.

-Very helpful staff, helped keep our luggage & lend us umbrellas. -Exceptional price for long stay period, only 40k Yen for 8 nights in sakura season.. -Have microwave so we can heat some foods. -Location near Asakusa & Kumarea stations, but have to cross the bridges and take 6-9 mins to reach these stations. Can consider travel by bus for less walking. -Can walk to Sensoji temple, Sumida Park & Tokyo Skytree. -There are some very good restaurants nearby.

-Room is not clean, can see some dust layers. -There isn't any room cleaning during your stay. -Garbage classification also take times and locate at the parking floor.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was very impressed with the hotel for what we paid for it, great value for money and had everything we needed. The staff even provide you with cooking equipment if you ask for it. We really enjoyed our stay.

The biggest downfall to our stay was the Wifi. It was very slow in our room and would constantly drop in and out. We would often sit in reception to use it.

This is my second stay, I stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is great they helped me alot and let me keep my bags for some extra time on the last day. The room is comfortable and there's enough shelves and cupboards to give everything space. The location is super convenient and they let you borrow the cooking equipment to make your own meals.

My microwave timer wasn't working (the microwave itself was though which is fine)

It was a nice location. A few minutes walk to the station or bus stops. We had the room with the view of Tokyo Skytree. Amazing view. They offered many free amenities.

Stairs to the main lobby. The elevator to get to the lobby was inside the parking lot and a bit out of the way. The area around the building would smell sometimes.
