The hotel was very neat and clean, staff are professional, very kind, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Close to lots of amenities and shops.

Adding more furniture to the lobby would enhance the experience, as the current spacious lobby lacks sufficient seating, forcing passengers to stand for extended periods.

* great location. Close to 3 subway stations. * staff were friendly and helpful * close to supermarkets

* the twin room was very small - practically a shoe box.

A great value for such a hotel. Located in the centre of the city, it is a 5-10 minute walk away from numerous subway lines. the hotel is older but the rooms are modern. Because the hotel is on the upper floors, you get a nice view of the city without paying extra. I chose to include breakfast and for an extra 1000 yen, it was a great deal. Lots of western and japanese items to choose from. A konbini is next door, great for desserts or breakfast if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

The street the hotel is located can be confusing to find at first. I had to ask staff at a nearby commercial complex to give directions. Other than that, no complaints considering the amount I paid.

stayed in two room types, the westerner style hotel room and the japanese tatami room both great experiences. staff were very helpful and helped me with my luggage and moving rooms etc etc, the tatami style room was a great experience and a very large room compared to the standard westerner room. the futons were comfortable and it was all set up for me when i arrived so i didnt need to worry. Lawson accross the road.

the location, is in the embassy kind of district where its very corporate and CBD-y, there is a train line near by but the connections to other lines arent great. but that isnt the hotels fault.

The bedding (futons) were extremely comfortable and our whole room was very spacious with a spacious bathroom and bathroom. For a one night stay between 6 people, this was the cheapest that I could find but for what you get is quite good. The staff here are very accommodating and lovely, and took our luggage up to the top floor for us.

While we had a non-smoking room, the bathroom really did smell like cigarettes although I feel like that is almost expected given the demographic of the hotel that seems to host business conferences, meaning many middle-aged Japanese business men probably stay here. The room also advertised itself as having a small kitchen, but there isn't really a sink or essential tools or cutlery to say it's a kitchen (not a concern of ours but just FYI if you need a kitchen). The location is also uphill, so if you're coming here with a lot of heavy luggage, might suggest being prepared to lug it uphill or take a taxi.

The hotel location is central, close to the Akasaka station. It takes a few minutes (7' approximately to reach the closest station). Check-in was smooth, the hotel staff is polite and always happy to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was quite small but modern, match with the photos on the Booking site. In-room amenities were offered (towels, slippers, and a hair dryer). The checkout was a no-hassle process and thanks to Miki we left our luggage in their storage room and we spent some extra hours wandering around Tokyo.

Despite the fact that the staff was polite and attentive, I would say that our communication was difficult because of the lack of English. The language was a barrier, and most of the hotel staff don't speak English. We asked for some recommendations for restaurants in the area, and they couldn't explain to us where to go. Luckily they had a map.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. I requested a room with a nice view and they more than met my expectations and allowed me to store my luggage there before I checked in. Theres also a familymart right in front of the hotel in case you want a late night snack or drink even though there are vending machines in the hotel. The location is in a nice and quiet area, though with a 5 minute walk youre in Asakasa which has a lot of restaurants. Overall, a pleasant stay and if the oppertunity arises I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room with a view over Tokyo and only a short walk to the nearest metro station. In a quiet area which was a nice escape from the business of Tokyo but still very centrally located. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a huge choice of freshly prepared dishes including salads, eggs, miso soup, fish, savoury Japanese foods etc

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

I thought I booked a 3-star hotel but when I arrived, I was surprised to see a sky-scraper building! Everything from lobby to room felt like a typical 5-star hotel. This would cost me at least 2x the price for a similar hotel in Singapore.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Imperial Palace Park so I could do run. However, the hotel is pretty far from any of the train stations and needed to cross a few roads. Lugged my luggage for over 1km when I first arrived.

The building (skyscraper) and the hotel lobby were very charming. The room was really spacious (and not just by Japanese standards). The view from the room was worth the stay (jus for that). Soap, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, kettle, shoe horn, pajamas were available in the room. A toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. were available in the hall. The location is convenient for reaching all the main points of Tokyo (which, having no real center, requires some compromise).

It's a pity the decor (both the furniture and the bathroom) of the room was old and little badly maintained. There was no adapter for European plugs (unlike some other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Japan) - not a big deal, if you have the power adapter.
