Panorama Amman Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries and towels were provided. Even though we stayed during Ramadan, there was delicious breakfast and coffee provided. The hotel is very close to the main road but the room was actually relatively quiet. Wifi was available in all areas and the signal was good.

It's very easy to get from the airport to the hotel but if you want to get to the city centre you either need a taxi or it's a 1-hour walk. The restaurant isn't open in the evening - they only do shisha and coffee. There are places to eat nearby but it was difficult to find food in the evening (apart from fast food). There weren't many plugs in the room. One was broken and I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone.

The room is very spacious enough big for both of us. Beds very comfy. Clean bathroom. Room service Is cleaning room everyday. Very friendly speaking English staffs. Breakfast very delicious. Easy Access. Close to the mall, money changer, many Restaurants around the hotel. 35-40Mins from Airport. The Hotel also provides pick up airport hotel service by request. The GM Mr AW also is very friendly. Thanks for the hospitality! This week I stayed from 9-13 March 2022 are cold windy + cloudy rainy day, make sure covered jacket up & bring the umbrella around...

Unfortunetaly the bathroom is very cold due to the open fan in the window & the room 207 has shower water runs very little & not much. Please fix it. There is no HairDry in the room & by request the receptionist send me once

I and my mother stayed here on the 5th till the 15th of November and honestly it’s the friendliest hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff were super kind and helpful and always caring for us, when ever we needed something is was provided, the man in the morning at breakfast (staff) was honestly really kind and caring ensuring we had everything we needed. The reception staff especially Ahmad was very kind helping us and calling for taxis and helping with any information we needed. Unfortunately I didn’t take the names of the other staff as they were equally as kind and caring. the room was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was dated but seeing the other quality’s of this hotel I honestly didn’t care. The location was perfect anything we needed was right outside the hotel. ILL BE BACK AGAIN WITH MY MOTHER WE LOVED STAYING HERE, I RECOMMEND a anyone travelling to Amman to give this hotel a try. Such friendly staff can be found no where else. SO HAPPY WITH MY STAY.

I only stayed one night and was leaving without breakfast but staff wanted to make me something to take which was very sweet of them

Really enjoyed our stay at panorama hotel. First and foremost, the staff was really welcoming and always putting the client’s satisfaction first since day 1. The hotel is well located, not in downtown but not far away from it (rainbow street at 10 minutes driving). The room was clean too and the hotel’s restaurant was also good. I recommend this hotel and I thank Ahmed Wali and the staff for the service provided.

Be informed that the hotel is close to a road with traffic and you can hear it if it bothers you but for us it was totally fine.

The hotel's location is excellent in terms of the availability of services, restaurants, cafes, and various types of markets. As for the reception upon arrival, it was at its best, and there were facilities and a respectful attitude from the staff, the same goes for the cleaning staff.

However, a downside is that some rooms face the main street, causing inconvenience due to the traffic noise outside. Breakfast, in general, was very modest, and I think this aligns with the room rates perhaps.

Great location! Walking distance to many shops, McDonald's is right infront of the hotel. The room is spacious and clean.

The breakfast wasn't that good! Limited options, people were smoking in the breakfast area. Staff didn't wear a mask.

The size and comfort of the beds was great, slept really well!

In Jordan smoking indoors is still permitted so make sure you book a no smoking room away from rooms where other guests are smokers.

The hotel was far better than I imagined and worth every penny! Rakan on reception was very helpful and even offered us a free upgrade on our arrival. Throughout our stay we were helped by staff members to book travel and assist us when needed. The room was immaculate and spacious and the bathroom had complimentary toiletries, this hotel should be 5*. Thank you for having us.

If there was anything I didn’t like then it was that our stay was short, I wish we had stayed longer, it is in a fantastic easy to reach location and staff were very friendly especially Rakan.

Perfect location for visiting Amman, especially if you are travelling with car and rather want to take an uber to the city. Well worth the price.

You have to bring your own towels or rent it for a fee (but they have declared this as such on booking.com). It lays on the main street, so it can be noisy at night, however, it was more of a background noise that one gets used to soon.
