Location, food and cleaned.

The hotel only accept booking through booking on line but not through phone . I try to book on 16th at booking .com but full . I call there is vacancy room but only for walk in .Before this it can accept. So sad coz I regular cust. Different receptionist different rules. They got their own rules. On 17th when I check in , I make complaint but the receptionist give various reason . . so sad . In future I will try to make other choice .

Moderate spread of the breakfast buffet, but the taste is okay. I exceptionally like that the hotel is clean. With the price, it's well worth it. The staffs were friendly and very helpful in trying to accommodate our requests. The bedsheets are clean and for a hotel of this sort, the beds are kind of okay to sleep on after a long tiring day of exploring. The pillows are soft too. Parking is just right behind the hotel.

The room floor is not carpeted, so if you're walking barefoot, you might get cold. The toilet doesn't have an exhaust fan to help circulate the air in the bathroom after a hot shower, so the mirror tends to get foggy after a while. There's only one dustbin in the entire room, and not even in the toilet, it's only in the room, but you can easily request another one from the helpful staff. If you get back later than 9 - 10 pm, you're gonna have trouble looking for parking.

The location was nice in a quieter part of the town, right near the night market and square. There is bag storage if you arrive early. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were upgraded from a superior to a junior suite which was really spacious. Breakfast area was on the rooftop, with great views, and there was a variety of buffet style food.

We found the staff seemed to lack knowledge of what to do in town, or how to get to places. The reason may have partly been a language comprehension challenge.

Room was clean. Staff were really nice and very courteous. Despite the room size, the sleep quality is good. Hotel is located near a few convenience stores, restaurants and even laundry. It's also walking distance to the market.

TV channel selection is limited to local channels and some Japanese and Thai channels. Aircon doesn't have temp control so sometimes, I have to turn it off because it gets too cold. Breakfast buffet selection is simple, no issue, but I tried the mihun goreng and it was drenched in cooking oil.

The hotel was close to the few attractions on offer in Kota Bharu. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice of local dishes with a little Western food as well. Very polite, friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant at breakfast time. The room.was clean with a comfortable bed. Good amenities. My room had a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, an ironing board and safe.

Noisy from traffic noise as I was at the front of the hotel. Don't know about the rest of the rooms.

very good location easy access to bazaars , mosque, airport, malls and places of interest .

can’t say don’t like the property because it’s value for money but would recommend the breakfast offered should not be the same everyday or it should offer more varieties just like Perdana Hotel KB which have more spread . Would also like the hotel management to consider additional more pillows because at time of stay only provide 2 pillows to sleep on for 2 pax . The towels provided are clean and changed everyday during the our stay , but like to recommend for it to be change to a thicker ones because the ones provided are quite thin / not thick enough .

In a very good location, walking distance to the riverfront. I loved the view from the extended balcony/platform area. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay and it was comfy.

Not a fan of the shower wetting the toilet when in use as it was kind of a wet room situation. But it's not a deal break for me.

Good location not far from the market. Very spacious rooms, essentially furnished and quie, well conditioned. Comfortable beds. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Good breakfast on the terrace roof.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very cold, the staff is correct but not exceedingly kind and does not speak English very well. The corridors are a bit smelly.

Spacious and clean room, very good location which is so near to many main attractions in KB, breakfast is good, and ample parking spaces as well. We had some problems with the aircond in our room and they were quick to come to help. Thank you.

Maybe some airconds are too old and due for replacement/s? There should also be some clear guidance on how to use the aircond particularly as the one in our room leaked and we were told then that it's because we adjusted the fan speed. Tbh, how should we know??

free buffet breakfast from 6 am to 10am breakfast was at rooftop lvl 7 with a nice view efficient and easy check in and check out room was just nice for single bed

parking is limited and can get full at night it's a one way road and traffic can get jam and stuck at traffic lights wifi tends to lag at times, especially when doing video calls
