Cold and powerful aircond, which can be adjusted freely. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Many parking bays around hotel, can easily get one nearby. A restaurant just beside hotel too.

After booking, received a message from hotel to check in by 4pm. Else booking would automatically get cancelled. Had to call hotel to inform of estimated arrival time. We had things to do before checking in. Setting this rule is very inconvenient to customer. Never had this rule before when booking other hotels, customers should be allowed to check in anytime within hotel's check in hours.

room facilities need review - chairs, cloth hangers.

Compared with my previous stay I would say, in terms of reception service and housekeeping service, all has improved. I actually prepared to clean the floor (from previous experience 😀), but ended up I was amazed that the floor was very clean I deed. I don't have to do it myself. And housekeeping also make sure my kid's soft toys are arranged with a touch. Well done.

The room is spacious and minimal design. Simple and clean. Had an emergency situation, the staff was really helpful resolving the situation.

Stayed more than 1 night, they just tidied the bed, didnt change the sheets. Aircond was not tht cold, complained, but didnt fix anything. The reception was couldnt care less type when guest keep cutting queue lines ..

The location

The counter staff must be able to assist when being ask basic questions like ‘where can we find a good breakfast’ or ‘can you suggest the best restaurant for local lunch’ etc instead of just answering ‘I don’t know’.. yes we can google it but sometimes we need a suggestion from a local people to decide…

The location is strategic with spacious parking area. The hotel is cose to supermarket, nasi kandar restaurant and laundry. We took family room for 3 pax. The room and washroom are clean and tidy. They provide 3 in 1 drinks and praying mat. The room is not that spacious (we are aware of this during reservation) but sufficient to perform prayers for one at a time.

Hotel premises and roim overall clean and comfy .. Single bed is big and comfortable. All necessary facilities are available in the room. Staff friendly. Orderly hotel parking.

Only hotel pillows are unsatisfactory. It is too soft.. Cant support ourhead when resting on it. Hence unable to sleep well.

Convenient to.go around , nice staff and the nasi kandar bellow the hotel really nice and superb food .

The room slightly not good smell after on the aircond is OK plus pls check on the aircond to not to cold but ok when I stay ,, rooms should have air freshness

Room service and friendly counter staff

No breakfast provided although I paid MYR230 per room per night. At least provide some light breakfast on the house such as morning coffee and a packet of nasi lemak for all guests

The bed is nice and clean. Just like a standard for good hotel

The TV is kinda an old model, doesn't have an option like supports application like netflix such as mi TV I believe. It would be perfect if Fuller has that function
