Near with my working area... N easy to find food and a lots of attraction

Time to checkout is too early... Cannot make deal over for time checkout...n when U wanna to extend the time u need pay RM50 for that.... The paid is really expensive than other hotel nearby...

The infinity pool, perfect sunrise/ sunset view from level 9. Very calming, amazing & sooo worth it. Breakfast buffet; porridge, eggs & noodles sections are my favourite! Love! Very close to Masjid Besi, no visitors allowed atm but you still can go there utk sembahyang only. Bring your own sejadah & telekung okay. HERO mart & 7E just next door, very convenient! Less than 5 mins walk to Food Truck area. Open after 5pm, situated along the tasik. Vibrant place at night.

Breakfast buffet; Sambal & rendang for nasi lemak kena improve lagi. Sambal cair & rendang sorry to say both don't taste authentic. Salad please add more varieties.. Only 1 or 2 greens, the rest like boiled carrots? & etc. Disappointed.

My go-to hotel whenever I have business in Putrajaya Room was pleasant as usual - comfortable beds - nice table and chair for work - adequate channels on tv for entertainment - location was perfect for me Hope they will keep hosting me!

No location for tourists that want to explore Kuala Lumpur. This was a location for government employees. Therefor the prices at the two biggest shopping centers were "higher than in Norway". Putrajaya was a place for beautiful parks and fantastic buildings - and mosks. If this is what you are looking for, this was the place. Unfortunately we could not move around much due to heavy rain storms. Next time (?) we will stay closer to Kuala Lumpur center. (It will take about on hour in a taxi from airport to center of Kuala Lumpur. *Unfortunately we were not able to get hold of a city map. Dorsett could only supply us with a local sketch that included a lot of advertising.

The breakfast is good. Lot of good food, many choices and delicious. However, the coffee is not satisfying. There was no coffee machine. The pool have a nice view but it is not so big. With much crowded people, it did feel a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has two pools which one for adult and one for kids. The one for kids is small but I thought it should be sufficient enough. For the adult pool, it is just nice however with large amount of people, you won’t feel comfortable to be in it. The pool is at level 9. The room is okay, big and clean as expected. It has fiid trucks available in front of the hotel so there was no issue if you would like to grab a food in the midnight.

I did not like that the parking in the basement, I thought it was quite cramped.

Got upgraded into King Bed Room with Balcony and loved the view. Loved the big bed as well. Toilet was clean and facilities was OK. Good value for when you have business in Putrajaya. Room was quiet and clean.

Parking was terribly small and congested. Almost collided with another vehicle coming down the ramp during the morning rush hour. Room was provided with one mineral water bottle only and needed to walk all the way to the cooler at other side.

The location. Supermarket at ground level. Lake, food truck, restaurant (Umai), government offices, bank within walking distance. Room was spacious.

1. The car park ramp was quite narrow. I stumble upon a forklift at the skew corner. 2. Need to queue for check in at 3.30pm because there was also few group of family check in at the same time. Maybe hotel should upgrade to self check in system for customers that have paid for the room prior arriving at the hotel. 3. Only 1 water bottle was provided, need to add water by myself at the water dispenser. Don’t know whether it’s for the sake of environment or for the sake of hotel expenses 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like the location. Bellow the hotel have a supermarket, restaurant, cafe, Mr. DIY, 7 eleven, cosmos... And near the hotel there's Food truck that selling foods at night. Didn't get hungry at night. Can walk to food truck and buy foods. The rooms is Muslims friendly, in the rooms, have an Al-quran and Sejadah for solat. The equipment in the rooms is complete. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tissue, kettle, and mini fridge.

I stay for 1 night and I book 2 rooms. Because one of the room mini fridge not cold at all. Im very disappointed. But i didn't make any complaints to hotel staff, because i need to check out very early in the next morning.

Clean. however, please provide a few more towels. two bath towels plus one floor towel are not enough. there’s no hand towels to wipe our hands clean or even tumblers for us to rinse our mouths. other than the lack of hand towels and tumblers, all other aspects of what can be expected in hotels are wonderful.

it will be wonderful if hotel can have a card to remind visitors to keep their volume down or even have their loud and noisy children to keep to their minimum volume after 10.30 pm. envision the shock when children next door were still shouting and playing at 11pm.

strategic place to stay & ample parking lot. easy access for lift. lift is not crowded eventhough it was a full house.

All was well only for the bed. I have requested for double bed but I got twin bed. Called the receptionist using hotel phone for a few times but noone answered so I have to call using my phone, took around 5 minutes to get to the receptionist in charge, and found out that it was upon availability where I have booked the hotel early and not a last minute booking so should consider the double bed for the early booking.
