Hotel San Miguel, en el Centro - Desayuno Gratis

The room was well air-conditioned. It felt like glory everytime we returned to our room after the long hot days of exploring. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food. The staff was attentive and friendly. Location was perfect as we were walking distance almost everything of our interest.

There was no hot water to shower with. We left it running for a few minutes and never felt the hot water. Eventually our showered were cold and quick.

Great location right in the middle of town center lots of shops around and places to eat and they do offer a free and safe parking lot. Staff was great and helpful room was very clean and cozy. The hotel has a restaurant inside the property and offer one free meal per day you choose between 4 different times they serve and food was delicious you also have the choice to buy other food options besides the free meals. We would definitely stay here again if we visit some time in the future

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Although I had some issues with a consistent wifi connection, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Problems with wifi occasionally.

Loved the breakfast option and the cold A/C in a muggy city. Near everything. Staff was on top of things. Pleasant lobby and restaurant. Comfortable mattresses. Maybe window panes facing street could be polarized for privacy and to minimize glare of the sun.

Bathroom way too small. Sink too awkward in placement. Door could hardly be opened unless one straddled the toilet. Water pressure too low. Fixtures need updating in bathroom. T.V. way too small no chair to sit down and Cable box needs to be affixed to a wall or on a shelf to it kept falling off the top of the T.V. where it sat precariously on the edge of the screen not good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized and clean rooms with comfy beds. Good internet wifi connection.

Very basic and bland breakfast. The area is not great, there is not much to do around.

Williams at the reception was ever so helpful and kind. Actually all the staff is very helpful. The hotel is well located and is overall good, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is fine, some choices are more nourishing than others so try your luck.

The only thing we were surprised how the photos make it look a lot more modern than our room actually was. So if you don’t care about the esthetic side then it’s fine.

I booked a room with tv and balcony, but there was no room in this category free and they gave me a tiny room with a window to a small patio. When i went to the reception they offered me the juniorsuit for a payment of 117 pesos more... the room was clean and big, but it’s not ok to offer a room which doesn’t exist and demand a fee in stead of giving a free upgrade. The night portier was that nice and adorable, that i could forget the bad start at the end.

staff at reception is very kind, they changed my room as requested, always attentive, best service.

bed was a bit too hard and room had a slightly broken shower, sometimes hot water wasn't very hot at all.

The staff is really nice, the breakfast was really good. The facilities inside were clean.

The neighborhood, we have 3 kids didn’t look safe to walk around at night.

Location, staff and cleanliness are excellent. I am vegan so breakfast was limited to fruit with granola and coffee for me. The front desk organized a wonderful tour to Sumidero Canon for me.

I wish they could have provided a vegan breakfast at no extra charge for pan de aguacate or something simple as I would have to eat again since breakfast was small for me.
