I liked the service of most of personnel.
I didn't like that, maybe there's some lack of information for some personnel, because the 2nd day of my stay they didn't leave the bottles of water, so I called the front desk and they said that only the bottles of the 1st day were included, but the rest I had to pay for, which was later denied by the mi morning shift personnel, who ended up reimbursing the charge. I didn't like that the size offered on booking said 258 ft², which in reality it was 92 ft². I commented that at the front desk, personally, but the lady there said she'd send my comment to the manager. After all, they did nothing about it.

Every time we come to San Luis Potosi, we stay in NH hotel. Comfortable beds and nice and clean rooms. Hotel is in really great and safe zone, 20mins walking to city centre.

The property was phenomenal. Front staff very attentive, making sure all guest are welcomed and greeted, and situated in a timely manner! Came for a market campaign and it was the best! Will continue to promote this Hotel over and over again!
