Bad facility should not be called a hotel, no elevator, hotel charged be twice for the stay by mistake, not recommend to book there

Location
Heating system didn't work and it was very cold. Staff of hotel didn't try to find any solution even didn't interested. It was my mistake to stay there because many other hotels can find for this cost and better condition.
