My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless check-in process to the utmost professionalism displayed by the staff, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's prime location, situated near the train station and directly across from the Hoog Catharijne mall, makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, its proximity to Utrecht city centre allows guests to explore all the nearby attractions with ease. My room, located on the 9th floor and facing Northeast, offered fantastic views that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Waking up to such a picturesque scene each morning was truly a highlight. While the gym may not cater extensively to fitness enthusiasts, with only three treadmills and a combination machine available, the pool more than makes up for it. Its stunning design and serene ambiance create the perfect environment for relaxation. If you're fortunate enough to visit when it's not crowded, the experience is truly sublime. Furthermore, the outdoor lounge area adjacent to the pool provides a delightful setting for basking in the sunshine on a beautiful day. It's the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the atmosphere of this remarkable hotel. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the superb amenities, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable experience in Utrecht.

The gym does not cater extensively to fitness enthusiasts; you won't be able to get a great weight-training workout. And the space is quite small. Not great if you are really into working out,

The breakfast was amazing. It's the main thing I like in hotels. It had every classic buffet item and an outstanding. bread. Room was spacious, warm and clean. A kettle and tea/coffee set in a room was a nice addition.

I don't like non-insulated toilets in hotels, where you have the weird moving glass or smth instead of the door. I really don't get why hotels nowadays skip hair conditioners. It is an essential part of hair care. Several years ago I got it everywhere even in 3 stars. One of our towels was ripped. Would be nice for this price to have towels without holes.

Standard rooms are small but Wellness rooms are great with a king size bed, a sauna and a whirlpool (which I didn't use). 25 m2 is a good room size and on the 6th floor you don't hear the trains passing by. Trams you do hear a bit in the room but they only operate from 6.00h-22.00h and not in the weekend.

All rooms have individually operated air-conditioning. If you feel it's too warm you can ask reception to override the standard temp and put minimum temp at 19 degrees C. Problem with my room was that the air-conditioning blew air just on the bed. I didn't use it at night but if you have to it might be a problem feeling a chilly breeze blowing over your bed all night.

Great hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay. Our wishes regarding the location of the rooms were met. Rooms (spa x 2) very spacious, great view, bed and bedding comfortable. Everything in the rooms worked. We loved the idea of ​​a coffee machine in the room. But the best thing is, of course, taking a bath in the Jacuzzi overlooking the city - something beautiful. The hotel is new and well soundproofed, so you don't have to worry about noise from the railway station. The rooms are air-conditioned. The air conditioning works efficiently and quietly, ensuring great comfort. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Attentive and helpful service. I recommend it and I intend to go back there soon.

The rooms were clean. However, a few places could be prepared better. Many hotels in the Netherlands have a similar problem - mould in some areas of the bathroom. I really don't understand why they don't use the right chemicals to clean the tiles and silicone.

The room was clean and smart, with a large comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely, with an excellent, walk in shower. The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the train station, and within short walking distance of the main tourist spots. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a huge range of things to choose from. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is cool and contemporary. And an added bonus, is access to the swimming pool and sauna, on the top floor with views across the city.

The location is perfect , right next to the station and shops and 3 min walk to the Tivoli Vredenberg venue where our festival is held! Perfect The smell in the rooms is heavenly So quiet and relaxing, never hear any noisy guests

The lighting in the main room isn’t good for doing hair or make up in the evening. I don’t want to stand in the bathroom for however long. An added touch would be a bright table light or a dressing table? But it’s a small thing as the place is just great

The hotel is located next to the Central Station, perfect for business travel. The room is extremely spacious, facilities are spotlessly clean. The swimming pool, gym, and sauna was the tipping point for me to choose this hotel over others nearbye, and they were indeed well worth it.

Minor issue, but: the lockers in the swimming pool were a bit hard to use. Some were open but blocked, couldn't be used, and the process of inserting the code required a not so obvious timing technique that I only discovered at the 10th or so try.

Spacious room (wellness room) in the central heart of Utrecht. Breakfast is good.

The surroundings are not very beautiful, so don’t come for the great view. The sauna was on all night, due to an error, so we had to take out the electricity card , when we woke up in the middle of the night from the heat. The price however was not worth it with above described. (450 for 1 night)

Perfect location. Just right next to the central train/bus station and easy walk into town. Modern and clean room with comfortable bed. I came here to get some rest and the room was really quiet.

Very minor thing: the tv was mointed in a slightly less ideal angle for watching from the bed. There was a chair from which one faces the tv, but with two people, it would be less optimal to watch tv (if that is important to you). A coffee machine with cups would have been noce, instead of only a water boiler.

Sauna and whirlpool were functioning, stuff is polite, no hurries for a bit late check out
