The stay is a 'tiny' room, built outside (but attached to) the main house. It has its own direct entry from outside. The room itself is very clean, and consists as usual of the main room and a 'wet' room. It doesn't have much comfort (no comfortable chair, no television), just a good bed, a desk and desk chair, an (empty) refrigerator, and tea/coffee supplies. There is no option for a meal or for breakfast. The stay is 'just' an affordable, short-term opportunity.
The room has 5GHz WiFi available, but especially at the desk, the signal is very weak. I may propose to offer 2.4GHz WiFi instead of 5GHz; the max speed may be limited but at least with better coverage of the whole room.

The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom installations are very good. Coffee and tea were available, which was very nice.
The room is a little bit chilly, maybe the heater could be a little bit stronger. It would be nice if soap, toothpaste and other higiene products were provided too.

The location was great - it was a very easy walk to the city center. The space was clean, there was free street parking, and the check-in process was very easy.
The pillows were a little flat, so it might be a good idea for the owner to add two extra pillows to the room. It is also very easy to hear conversations from the house next door, but I sleep with a noise machine so once I turned that on, I didn't notice them.

Very nice small place close 600 meters away from the station. Following the instruction from the host made it easy to go in and out the place

It is not very well isolated. You can hear noises from outside and the neighbouring house quite well.
