Quality Hotel Fredrikstad

Conveniently located, at 300 meters from the bus stop, on the pedestrian street of the city. Bars, coffee shops, restaurants nearby. I can recommend to take breakfast at the hotel, because prices are very high in the city. Compared with other European countries, Norway is a very expensive country, even if you buy from the supermarket. The city is small and nice, and the hotel is on European standard.

Comfortable room, spacious and most of usual facilities provided. Excellent buffet breakfast. Quiet hotel, right in centre of Fredrikstad.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although a vending machine is available in the lobby. Bath and shower a little awkward to get in and out of if you have any hip or knee problems.

The wifi in my first room did not work and the great staff changed my room to ensure I had good wifi. The latter part I liked - but it was a bummer to not have my first room have sufficient network. I also think you can make the common areas cleaner, hallways etc, especially the stairs from the breakfast room to the reception.

Clean, comfortable room. We had asked for a quiet room and at the 6:th floor it was very quiet. Nice staff. Car park (not free though) in the next building.

Not much really. But I would have liked my breakfast buns to give an more "new baked" impression and i do like fresh squeezed orange juice rather than having it from a concentrate dispenser. That said the breakfast was otherwise really good.

Nice bed. Loved the bathroom. Clean. I liked the new way, where they don't clean you'r room during your stay unless you ask. Made the stay more personal and private. Easy to eat breakfast as a vegan.

The 'vegan refrigerator' wasn't fully vegan. That's not good. If it is marked as 100% vegan, it is important that it actually is 100% vegan

The place , the location ,the food

No cleaning, no towels,

Rooms are very good - big, clean, comfortable. There is a table and a chair - can easily work with a laptop if needed. Food is decent - a lot of meat, fish and salmon. A great place to stay.

Breakfast could have more vegetables - some salad leafs, for example. No iron in the room. No mini bar in the room. Shower head was of a type I did not like.

Capacity of elevators Sunday morning. Some people said they had been waiting 10 min. The pillow was far too hard for me. My friend with a hip problem, could net get into the bath tub. We got to know there were other bathrooms without a tub.

The staff and facilities were amazing. We are traveling with our dog and the hotel allows to have your dog with you in your room. Oh and the bed was wonderful.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice hotel with a high standard. Excellent staff, bar and breakfast. Was perfect for a business trip. the location is excellent, near town center and the river
