Nice, modern hotel, rooms big enough, nice shower. Convenient restaurant and bar inhouse. Friendly and helpful staff. Not all of them speak English, also not in the restaurant, but we managed.

Not the cleanest room we ever had, quit a bit of dust everywhere. The towels reached the end of their live. Some of them already died: they were worn down to the thread. Not a fan of the location. It is in the Chinese neighborhood, so bring an apetite for Chinese food

Location is good, lobby is nice (always AC too cold) not comfortable to work on computer from common areas (lobby), very stylish hall with low chairs and sofas; very good breakfast

Rooms are small, nylon under the bed linen are too plastic unpleasant to sleep on.

The hotel is a quiet oasis in the middle of downtown Ciudad del Este. The public spaces and the room were spotless and very comfortable. The 8th Floor terrace was wonderful.

An elegant and clean hotel with spacious rooms. The Hotel bar and restaurant serve good food. Located in a quiet alley in a chaotic city.

The hotel is pricier than most hotels, but you pay for the sense of security and excellent facilities.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet room, perfect breakfast and I was really happy inside, the location and especially neighbors still should be improved by city government

The breakfast was the best I have had in Paraguay so far. A very broad selection and of high quality. Staff was very professional and fast unlike most other hotels in Paraguay where staff has a much more relaxed approach to customer service. Always smiling and polite. The staff I interacted with spoke excellent English. The hotel is brand new, in a brand new building with very high quality materials. Same 4 star quality that you would expect in Europe, the USA or Asia.

I would definitely stay there again but they really need to replace some of the towels! I was surprised at the condition of my towel - threadbare!

I arrived in the evening to go to Iguazu Falls, slept, and left after breakfast. The room was a bit small but clean, had wooden floors and a great bathroom. Also, I really liked the breakfast.

Nice new hotel, very modern and stylish with perfect location, close to the Brazilian border and shops.

The breakfast har no vegan option apart from some fruits. Even no soy milk for the coffee. Which was a disappointment. Sometimes just a milk free toast bread and some vegetable margarine (or anything spreadable that vegan like hummus) would do and more vegetables. Please think of vegans too, we had to eat and drink our coffee somewhere else which was frustrating.

The staff and service is good. They go out of the way to help you.

The bathroom shower was dirty. The wall paper in the room needs to be fixed
