Clark Marriott Hotel

I spent my birthday weekend at Marriott, and their team went all out in making me and my child feel so welcome and special. I had birthday bunting, balloons, and a yummy chocolate mouse with a red velvet base confection that was absolutely divine. How did you know that was my favorite?! 😍 My spa experience was similarly beautiful, with more cake and a top-notch masseuse who looked after us. So here's a special shout-out to Mari and Trish from the Front Desk; Shane and the housekeeping Team; Louie at Goji; and, Lea and Cris from Quan Spa. You all made our stay and my birthday really memorable.

1.) Hospitality of the staff was excellent. 2.) Check in was extremely fast and courteous. 3.) ATM's in lobby was a great convenience(safe withdrawing a lot of money at one time). 4.) Salon/barber in hotel was a great feature. 5.) Bell hop-Dennis was extremely helpful upon checkout.

1.) The men's bathroom at the pool area was always clogged and full of toilet paper, could do better with house keeping in this area. I went to pool 3 days and was the same. 2.) The Marriott in Manila by the Airport, children were allowed in executive lounge, this lounge only accepts kids 13 and over. The one in Manila accepts all the kids. 3.) Ordered room service the day/night I was there(first day/night), had a collection of trays and plates outside the door until around 2pm the next day.

Service - best in class. I have been to top hotels in India and the service here is comparable. The facilities were great as well. Just wanted to note that the restaurants get fully booked at dinner time. guests should book at least a day in advance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The wifi was a bit slow and the internet tv was not functioning properly due to slow connection. We also had an issue with the room AC but they sent someone immediately to get it fixed Pool - not heated but it is nice to swim during the morning because it gets shaded

Parking - the parking entrance of marriott was closed. in addition the guards allow customers of the casinos overpark making the navigation through the parking levels difficult at peak hours

the hotel crews are friendly and very helpful... reception staff like patricia sta maria is very welcoming she even offered me for a marriot membership hence a rm upgrade.. experience in the lounge @the 15th flr is very memorable, staffs there have a very lovely service esp.. rona and carylle .. they are always monitoring us and asking if we need anything they treated the guests in that area with a very excellent service.. .. having an amazing staycation n this hotel.. tnx

The location is good because there are many restaurants and tourist spots near the hotel.

The atmosphere is a little gloomy as compared to the more vibrant and lively mood of Swissotel which is adjacent to it. But if you prefer a a quieter and more peaceful ambience, Clark Marriott may be better for you.

We had a great stay. The rooms were a good size and we really liked the side lounge set up, it allowed us to use an additional bed for our little boy. Breakfast was great with many options and a lot of it cooked fresh.

Maybe a bit more shade around the pool? Also a kids play area inside the hotel would be good.

Slow wifi for those who needed to do work related things. But facilities are great

Safe, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Shay who helped us checked-in and again on the way out.

It felt like the AC was turned up sometime around 2 am because it got a little warm in the room, otherwise everything was outstanding.

Hotel was nice and restaurants in the hotel had good food.

Towels were thin and old. House keeping/room service was slow. Hotel is far from everything and only accessible through private transport/taxi

Probably the best Hotel Room we have had in the Philippines, for a birthday spoil, we were even upgraded by the hotel manager to their presidential suite and it was just stunning.

Maybe the parking could be a little better if there is absolutely one thing to critique on.
