Ocean Suites Bohol Boutique Hotel

The hotel has amazing view with infinity pool, achually two of them! Very good food and fresh juices and amazing staff!

Just the beds in our room were very uncomfortable. There were dimple in the middle.

The breakfast could be improved otherwise okay. I was upgraded to a room with pool view which was really good. Everything else was fantastic. The a la carte menu was great.

There was a hermit crab in the pool to the delight of my teenage son. I would have panicked if I came across it myself. Also, I stayed for 3 nights but every time I came for breakfast, the same staff ask me for my room number? I guess he just struggle to remember peoples faces. Again, a very minor thing.

The scenery outside our room is so pretty, the staff are so courteous and friendly. All requests were provided on time except for the noisy AC in our room. Another advantage is one of the tourist spot called “Sandugo” or Blood Compact is just beside the property so you don’t have to travel to see it. You can take photos before the crowd starts coming.

Noisy AC in our room was never attended even after mentioning it to our room attendant. Maybe she had forgotten to relay the message to Engineering Department? not sure though. There is only one kind of bread during breakfast, therefore I suggest to have more varieties such as croissant or Danish pastries as the pancake is too hard. Refilling of breakfast items is a bit slow. There is no bidet in our toilet even if we arrived late, so we have to request for it, good thing it was quickly fixed. I mentioned these small things as this could be avoided if the room was thoroughly checked. Nevertheless, all is great, we all had fun during our stay.

love the resort; there were nice pools; everything was clean; amazing and very tasty in house restaurant! big portions and so tasty; friendly staff; pool bar; I had breakfast included, have no idea how it was, I always left early but got a breakfast package with sandwich and the size of sandwich - it was like a double lunch size! :D and tasty as well; Christmas decorations and Christmas songs

location - there was nothing around and it was impossible to catch the taxi there, you have to take numbers on local taxi drivers and text them otherwise you can not go anywhere, to city centre it is about 40 minutes or longer by walk and you are going through local area so on white blond person everyone was staring. Hotel offers airport transport so at least this is nice and very useful.

What I like about the hotel are the friendly staff and the view from our Room and the two swimming pool! which are over looking to the ocean! very fancy place to stay! The location was nice as well, very close to the city center. We are glad that one of the staff Miss Geann was there to accommodate us, she's very accommodating during our entire stay! We are very thankful that they allow us to bring my moms pet. It's a pet friendly hotel. We would definitely come back!

Almost everything, no complaints. Delicious breakfast, room service, staff were excellent, nice pool and sitting area and more

The events on christmas eve and new year were average and boring.. Just a singer and few hotel guests. If they opened the hotel for visitors it would've felt more like a celebration

Location, the view, restaurant chef and food, swimming pool, great staff, good room size, firm matrices, cable channels.

Bathroom toilet doesn't flush. Door noise when shut in other rooms which is disturbing especially early in the morning.

Staff is not organized or wasn't brief by the management.

I was eating my breakfast one staff come over asking if have my breakfast entry to eat and some of the workers are cleaning in sweeping the floor while you're eating.

Everything was good Our room was very quiet and right on the lower pool There are 2 perfect pools and the resort is small so each pool is never too busy The room was nice sized and the warm shower was perfect after a swim. The towels were big and soft too

The only thing I would suggest is softer pillows.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel, Relaxing ambiance, friendly and accommodating staff. Great food at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐
