Holiday Inn Ponce & El Tropical Casino, an IHG Hotel

On top of Hotel and view is beautiful!! We love it!! I already told people to go that Hotel is awesome view and relaxing place. Also people who work there is so nice. For us we meet people there 3 place servers give foods they are awesome smiles and serve Other we meet person who work casino very friendly we enjoying chat with him. Front desk very friendly we pass by we always wave them. We really miss them all. Hopefully we will go back there again!!

The property is very beautiful and very comfortable and trust parking! We love it very much!!

The staff was wonderful and they did great job .because the first room they gave us the bathroom was terrible and i call front desk and imitately she change us the room and appologize to us .thats doing a great job. Ty i will be back please can you give a discount this is the secound time staying there and i want to stay againg. Thank you so much .

The breakfast change the menu i didnt like the egg they were waterry and they had egg shell in them and waffle to mich sugar in the top the fruit salad some of them had moled. Sorry to said the first time i stay there the breakfast was good dont know what happened .ty appologize for saying the truth .

Was impressed with the variety of items served, delicious! (One note: if you have breakfast one hour or so after opening the restaurant, coffee was warm; also the juice was watery). Some days had to ask for the utensils, cups for serving...

Some days had to ask for wares. Sometimes had to look for the personnel, mostly by the end of breakfast period.

We had a nice large room with two balconies, one of which was very large. The pool complex was nice and enjoyable. We had dinner in the one of the restaurants and the buffet was good.

We had ants crawling along the wall beside the sliding glass door of one of the balconies.

The location was great. Room was nice and clean. Employees were pleasant and helpful.

I ordered dinner around 6:30 and didn’t receive it until 8:15pm. They don’t have vending machines with drinks for after hours. An employee was nice enough to let me go to the employee lounge to get water and drinks for my daughter.

It was empty and breakfast is now able to be brought up to your room.

The room wasn't really spotless as it should be and this is the second time we stay and get not the best room balcony/view. We not those to complain even though I payed extra for a pool view and we had a machine as tall as the building distracting our view. We plan on visiting again cause in overall is a 10. I will just have a to have better comunication with the staff to see if it can b better.

Parking had to be shared by people in the casino, only thing I didn't like, I think they should separate, the two, but it was awesome!!

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean.

I did not received the room that i reserve. Insteed pool view i received an employers parking view. Balcony is not confortable is too narrow. Bathtub is regular height not medium high. Didnt have areas for walk. Gym was out of service.

The staff was great, very helpful and professional. Loved the pool and the view of it from the room. The breakfast was good and it's interesting to have a casino right there too.

It was all fine, just wish there were good beaches nearby.

Everything was excellent

I didn't like that the bathroom have a lot of mold in the walls and sink.
