Very quiet neighborhood. The hotel is cosy, the staff is very friendly. Quick check-in. The room is quite spacious, unfortunately without air-conditioning. Lucky, the window is for the north side so it was not very hot inside. The big bathroom! Really - full of space. The breakfast was not very rich, but for a start of the day it is enough. Perfect coffee.

It is not very high standard hotel, so the expectations should not be also very high. Although I think that cleaning should be more precise every day. However the room was clean, I could not say the same about the towels. And the work the room service was doing every day was just as to mark that they were. Throughout three days of staying I hadn't my glass replaced although it was used!

The staff was very nice, waited for us until 0.30 when we arrived, answered our phone, helped us with our luggage. Although the price was low anyway, we were given a discount and what's more, we were offered free breakfast. Such a gesture is appreciated. One of us needed to get to the room without walking because he had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair. One can enter the hotel on the ramp, and then the room using the elevator.

The room was very clean, big beds and a perfect shower cabin. Wireless signal was excellent. Breakfast was all you need to start the day, coffee was excellent. The hotel is 20 min walking to the Old Town, Black Church, restaurants and shopping stores.

Small restaurant for such a hotel. You have to wait a little bit in the morning to find a free table, but that's ok, i did not mind.

Staff was very helpful and allowed an early check in. The room is located in the best area for tourists. It’s perfect place for nice week end.

Unfortunately there was some noise building works at one of the neighbouring flats. Most likely was not related with the owner.

The receptionist was one of a kind. Great professional, you rarely find in these days someone who after 10+years of working in a bar comes to work in a hotel, and does that with great customer orientated attitude

There was a great amount of mold (mucegai) on the bathroom walls, precisely in the showercabin wall. Should be cleaned as it is dangerous.

The hotel is located near the center, provides a very high level of comfort in the rooms, convenient parking next to the hotel! Quick connection to the neighboring towns. I would visit this cozy hotel again :)

The receptionist was nice and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception and the lower part of the hotel have been renovated and are very nice and clean. Rooms are large. Breakfest was excellent.

Rooms should also be renovated.

- It was clean and available imediatly, big room. - Parking available around the hotel.

- Very noisy, we could hear the kids screming from the room in front of us, and the adults talking at 7am. All the doors opening and closing. Very bad soundproofing. - Very bad and unconfortable pillows. - No slippers available as described by them. - Nobody - stuff or guests were wearing masks.

Easy to access by car, availability of parking, quite new hotel

No drinking water in the room, floor in the shower could be better taken care of. We were group of 14 people and at the breakfast we had to ask to refill the food as there was not enough for everyone and the staff didn't hurry to do it.

Close to bus stations. Clean and friendly staff.

The booking said queen bed but we received a room with two joined twin beds and double mattress topper. Would not have been a problem if there would have been a big double blanket, and not two single ones.
