Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center

The room was nice&clean, nice view as well.

The staff was unprepared and give you conflicting directions. When we arrived initially in the afternoon the person from parking told us to park only on the marked spots and we did. But after going out, in the evening there were no parking places available so we didn't know what to do, went to the reception and the woman there quite frustrated asked us why we didn't go to the restricted area (marked as reserved for some offices), "are you ashamed?" - she said. OK, we go to park there, then the person from parking tell us to go out because we are not allowed to park there. So... awesome :) Also the check-in took a long time because the person didn't know how to handle the payment and someone else has to take us over.

good size room, clean and perfect temp, staff were professional and facilities were as expected. most things we needed were within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

Taxi drivers ripping us off, and staff in hotel not smiling or even happy- also many shops in the parade were closed or empty. Breakfast was unappetizing as they hade "Wet eggs" oily saus and bacon, shame as the juices were all watered down.

The hotel is amazing, very nice and clean room. The personnel is very nice and helpful. The room has everything that you need and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is accessible for disable people and I could have a special seat for the bath tub. The hotel has a small fitness center and sauna which you can use 24 hours. I used the fitness center. The location is nice: it is not in the historical center, but it is near the The Arch of Triumph and you can easily reach the historical center with public transport. The hotel is near a very nice garden with a beer garden where you can enjoy local food. You can have a buffet breakfast as well in the hotel. There are not many restaurants near the hotel, but there is a nice (but expensive) restaurant in the hotel.

The only thing I did not like is that when I asked the hotel to do laundry, the price is in EURO, while everything else is paid in Lei (Romanian currency). I think the price in Euro is confusing, since it seems cheaper, but it is not. The price in Euro is written in the laundry form, but I think the laundry price should be in LEI.

Breakfast had a good range of foods and drinks, the room was very comfortable, clean and modern, with everything that we needed, and the location was convenient, in terms of public transport and supermarkets.

The mini fridge wasn't cool enough and was too small to fit everything we wanted to put in it, and the tv was a little hard to navigate and find english channels.

I love the classical elegance and the fact they have proper furniture and not the latest modern one. Just before I’ve stayed in a very modern hotel in Brasov with everything digital and electronic and I’ve hate it. It was so comforting to get to some normality and basic comfort in Pullman. The location is magnificent, you can walk to most great places in Bucharest and still you’re not to far from the airport, plus Herastrau park has something for everyone’s taste in terms of food and entertainment. The staff was very nice and helpful and funny which is always appreciated and I got to use their gym but I didn’t had time for the sauna unfortunately.

The only downside is that the building itself seems to be deteriorating for some reason.

I had half board and the staff in the restaurant, especially George and Ana were great hosts. so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to go there after my sightseeing. Other staff were so helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport. I really liked the coffee from the machine in the mornings at breakfast.

Not so much that I didn`t like it but I found the breakfast to be average. Perhaps vary it a little. after 4 mornings of it I wanted something different. Fried eggs? Poached? Different types of sausage?

Spacious room., location, nearby shops, huge park in a walking distance. good breakfast.

A bit worn out furniture and mattress, windows can't be opened to enjoy some fresh air. Despite reservation is made through booking, and checked credit card, hotel takes money deposit in advance. A pile of "deposit" envelopes noticed - seems this is general rule. Parking guards do not speak English.

The hotel was exceptionally well build, and even if it looks old and dated, it is very well maintained. Elevators are fast and silent, and you can barely hear the ventilation in the rooms. Beds and rooms are great, thanks to everything being over-built during early Sofitel times. Overall it still provides great value and leverages nice perks such as practical locayion, parking included, a very decent breakfast proposal and business facilities.

Last major overhaul of the facilities happened more than a decade ago, by the looks of it. Some stuff, quality or not, is literally falling apart. We understand Covid-19 impact on hospitality industry, but this is a bit embarrassing for an Accor hotel. Just saying.

The room was very vozy, clean and had an old money vibe. The facilities were great and the location was perfect for a Romexpo event

There was a man that guided us to park the car and he hardly believed us that we were guests of the hotel. Also the receptionist that did the check in for us was a bit unpolite, maybe because we were not dressed in Gucci or Prada

value for money and the fact that you have a bar, a restaurant, a steakhouse AND a bakery, all conveniently located at the ground floor. all though it's a quiet neighbourhood, you still have plenty of things to do nearby and as a bonus, the hotel is right next to the biggest Romanian venue for concerts and events (Romexpo).

it's obvious that the hotel is not used to being fully booked (maybe due to the pandemic). whenever a large group of people would show up, the services became slow, but they were however completed with full professionalism.
