Bayat Hotel

I like the room and its very quiet place, beds, and all accessories on the room The hotel team very active, and they work to ensure we are satisfied. It's one of the best & unique experiences that i see here in Saudi Arabia.

Hotel give me complimentary breakfast, and i appreciate this gesture from them. However i can score their food 7 out of 10, restaurant location and design 9 out of 10

The staff here were exceptional. From Salem who managed to the front desk to Ernie who ran the gym to Jay who oversaw the pool area to many other staff members, I was very pleased and felt like I was among Family and Friends while staying here. The gym, pool, hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were are excellent.

Clean rooms, comfortable. good WC and shower. Comfortable bed.

Room: Shades did not block all street light Food: I was told by the operator to go up to the 7th floor to the restaurant for my included breakfast, but no one was there, so I came down and ordered in the room and it took a long time to come. Dinner the night before in the in-room dining wasn't great as the escalope was badly cooked. Customer Service: As for checkout time, I asked if it is possible, to leave at 2:30pm, the reception informed me that I need to call on the same day to check before noon, and I have to leave the hotel for meetings at 8:30am, so I just checked out.

The hotel is perfect, the staff very cooperative. They gave a very good memorable moments to my family. They provide us two joined rooms as we requested. Thanks to all the staff especially Albaraa Alqarni who take care of all details to make our journey very pleasant.

Comfort, cleanliness - stand above anything else in the area. Staff approachable and helpful. Wifi works well, I have stayed around Abha and Khamis many times in the last 5 years - Hotel WiFi is abysmal in most places, but stable, reliable, and fast enough to video call and sync emails after a long day, you don't need the hassle of bad WiFi!

Breakfast - staff are easily confused and get orders incorrect - they provide too much food by providing a huge basket of different bread a pastries, but should focus on customer orders.

Gym and other facilities excellent. Excellent location. Excellent staff with a smile with one exception as below

One receptionist made few commitments but did not follow through. In two nights I was alone at the restaurant (floor 7)

Room service not that great… they are very nice staff but they provided average quality food compared to 5 stars hotel.

Every thing. The hotel staff hospitality and the quality of the furniture and the quick and responsive services (air conditioning (technicians) and housekeeping staff. Despite full occupancy, the service level was great. Special thanks to Ali for excellent check-in experience.

The location access, which is not a big deal!!!

Fancy and clean with good service. People working there are helpful specially Shams. Thanks to the “Shams” at reception for upgrading my room.
