Executives Hotel - Olaya

Location of the hotel is great, almost in the city center of Riyadh, which is where I needed to be for work. Staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. They gave me a large room on the first floor, equipped with a good and comfortable king bed, a big screen TV and a small desk to work. The bathroom looked a bit old(er), but everything worked, so what more do you need?

WiFi in the room was (too) weak. Many of the simple and small apps I use on a regular basis would often not connect, or would be very slow, so WiFi range and speed could definitely be improved! Breakfast was OK, but for my standards it could have been better. Not too much choice in fruit, 'normal' bread and drinks, but a lot of choice in pastry and warm dishes, but I prefer the more continental breakfast.

My rooms view was poor, they could not help to change them carpet need to be cleaned

intermittent internet, none in main restaurant, elements have a worn look, including dirty stains, marks on carpets.

Nice classy hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. The fully equipped gym deserves an extra mention

Very central and excellent breakfast and they reacted fast when a water pipe broke in my bathroom and gave me an upgraded room Nice solid gym and pool in the basement

The carpets are very spoiled, and young Arabic boys miss behave in the breakfast room and their parents don’t say anything!;(

Stay there 4 days never once they brought me breakfast Also the Internet in the rooms sometimes the rooms are far away from the middle of the breasthe reception or the elevator area don't get good quality Internet coverage

Everybody was helpful from the front desk to the security guard room service was amazing zinc they keep checking on you whenever you call for something they get help immediately overall experience is 10 stars except the Wi-Fi service and that I never got breakfast deliver to me

The location, the receptionists both welcomed me in an amazing way, they gave me a room beyond my expectations, high floor with a view overlooking kingdom tower,I checked in an hour earlier (at 1:00 pm ) and gave me late checkout by 2 pm, it was an amazing stay

I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. its budget friendly and the staff are all friendly esp. the receptionist. They are giving an EXEPTIONAL QUALITY SERVICE to their guests. we stayed here for our wedding day for 2 days and we experienced what we really are expecting for a 4 star hotel. We booked a family suite room and I like the furnitures and the interiors around the room esp. our window view ❤️. the overall experience is superb 👍👍👍

the thing that only annoy me during our stay are the guest on the other rooms that are very noisy especially the childrens who are running around. I hope that the incoming guests will be given an orientation or be informed that they should not be to loud during their stay.
