Good accommodation conditions. The reception gave us information on any request. Good location position-10 minutes walk to the pedestrian street Cneaz Mihailov. Varied and good breakfast and the staff was kind and discreet. Underground parking lot near the hotel.

The exit from the parking is at an angle of 90 degrees and its difficult to exit with a larger car.

Could not fault the hotel or staff at all. Rooms were spacious and the hotel was in a central location for all different places to visit and was very quiet, no disturbances. All the staff were extremely helpful, and if there was an issue they solved this immediately, Breakfast had good variety and was delicious, we would definitely recommend it and also wish to return in the near future. There are some wonderful places to visit in Belgrade, in particular the Fortress and Park, Nikola Tesla Museum and the Museum of Science and Technology and there are some wonderful local restaurants and bars which have good food and a fabulous atmosphere!

I recommend the Nevsky Hotel to everyone who is going to have a pleasant and good time in Belgrade. A magnificent hotel almost in the center of the city, with friendly and attentive staff, amazing assortment and variety of breakfast. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room that feels like you are in a restaurant. Beds are made every day. Accommodations in the rooms, given their size and furnishings, are inexpensive. Things can be well placed on a large number of shelves in cabinets, the bed and pillow are very comfortable. It was a pleasure to return to this hotel after a day of traveling around the city. This is one of the best hotels in Belgrade in terms of service and value for money!

if you pay the hotel in cash in foreign currency (not in dinars), then be careful with checking the change given to you.

First I've to say that the staff was so friendly and courteous. Always a smile on their faces. And when you needed something they fixed it immediately. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Also the bed was really good because it was very large and also very comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel is also a good one. There are a lot of drinks (juice, water, milk..) and many choices for the food. Also they had some fruits and vegetables and for the sweet sense some cake and croissant. The location of the hotel is perfect. After a short walk for about 5 minutes you reach the skardalija (a lot of very good restaurants) and for another 10 minutes you're in the place of republic (trg republike). There are some kiosk some pharmacies and also some supermarket located around the hotel. So you have everything you need. A very good offer is the hotel own airport transfer. The driver brought us stress-free to the airport and also he told us interesting facts about belgrade.

The hotel is approximately 5-10 minutes by foot from the city centre (i.e., knes mikhailova, the main shopping street). The hotel is clean and we were even able to sleep with open windows as our room was to the back. The breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose (cereals, bread, bacon, eggs, fruits, sweets etc.) and lasted from 6:30-10:00. The staff was very friendly and showed us on the map where we can find good coffee to go. The room is rather big and we definitely had enough space for our luggage. The bathroom has everything you need, the water is hot and the pressure of the shower is good. So, really a very good choice for a city trip.

We were able to leave our luggage next to the reception, but there was no room or so. I.e., the luggage was just next to the reception where basically someone could have taken it. Fortunately, this wasn't the case but I think it wouldn't hurt if there was a room or so where luggage can be stored, and also locked. The carpet in the room has definitely seen better days. But they proviee you with slippers so no problem in the end.

Kind and efficient staff, comfortable room, great choice for breakfast, location. Famous Skadarlija street is 10 minutes walk away, as well as a green market. Bus stop some 100 meters away. Small convenient shop 30 meters away, works on Sundays too.

Entrance into the garage has a sharp turn, not much of a problem. Hotel has only one elevator (being a small hotel that is all they need) but at certain times elevator gets busy. Not much to dislike.

Nice staff, clean and spacious room. The bathroom is very large, so I do not understand why they put a small shower cabin in it

The breakfast was minimal, but OK. Even if you see ”stari grad”. You should notice that you need to walk a little bit to the main points of interest. Initially, I received a nasty room, much lower than the ones of my fellows and a very hot one, as it was on the top level. They changed without any problems, remarking that I was, actually, the one who made the reservation. The hotel has its own parking in the basement, but it is extremely narrow. Many cars have let their signs on the wall to make you aware when you enter and exit it!

the hotel had an amazing breakfast with really good variety, the staff was very helpful with excellent command of english. they upgraded our standard room to a suite(because they said it was the only one which had double bed). room was indeed very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities and hot water. location was good with 10-15' min walk to knez mihailova. the hotel surroundings were quiet.

the room although a suite did NOT have a/c in the bedroom , only in the living room which for a summer stay as we did was a nightmare as room was very hot during noon. double bed's mattress was not comfortable , it had a space in the middle. curtains were inadequate, although they seemed dark they did not protect us from sunlight at all, as a result we were getting up really early. the price for belgrade was high and overall the hotel was not for 4 stars!

The staffs were very helpful, friendly and answered all our questions and had the necessary experience and skills. The hotel was near all historical places and quite near the most visited places as well and of course to knez mihailova street with max 10 min. walking distance. Very good breakfast. clean and big rooms. I strictly recommend this hotel to visitors. Besides Belgrade was safe city.. English language can be used in the streets, market, cafe and all other places. As a Muslim couple we did not experienced any bad behavior moreover everybody was very kind and helpful. We loved the hotel and Belgrade. Thanks for every person we met during our visit.

single beds

The location of the hotel is very good, being close to the shopping street, attractions, river etc. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant, the rooms are also comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good and tasty (classic breakfast: egg, sausages, muesli, fresh fruit and cakes, etc.).

Wi-fi worked in certain places in the room, for example intermittently in the bedroom, but fine in the large room (we stayed in the junior suite).
