Prezident Hotel

The property was well kept and in an excellent location to access public transit. The wellness area provided many fitness and leisure areas. The outdoor pool had a perfect temperature for swimming. Most importantly, the staff always went above-and-beyond whenever I had a question or need. Special recognition to Irena and Svetlana !!!

I liked everything

We liked everything! The room was great, spacious, clean. Very comfy bed. Large TV. Convenient parking, nice breakfast, and extremely pleasant staff.

nothing really

Rooms are clean and have everything you need. It was +39 outside and airconditioning did its job very well. Staff is very helpfull. Room service is quick. Hotel is small so don't expect large lobby space, but it didn't bother me. Location is not within walking distance from city center (unless you want to walk for 20 minutes), but taxi comes quickly and is fairly cheap. You can find good supermarkets nearby.

Breakfast is OK, but not on par with 5 stars. Room was decorated in dark colors. Not to say it's bad, but I prefer light environment.

I like the stuff, open and friendly, always ready to help us! The mattress was good, so we had a really good sleep. Spa was'n crowded at all, just a couple of folks except us. Excellent breakfast. But I would add more salads though.

There was a smell in our bathroom, probably because the ventilation didn't work. But it wasn't a bother for a couple of days staying.

We had a "street side" which is noisy so if you can get the backside, then you might sleep better. We usually had the back side in the past but I guess the rooms were full and got the street side. Other than that great. The breakfast got much better than last remember so that was a big plus :-).

street side room was a bit noisy for me. the window did not seem to shut out the sound well enough. I had to get up in the middle of night to check whether the window was closed properly (indeed it was)

everything was just excellent! rooms are very clean, breakfast is various, location is great, parking within the property and foc, outdoor and indoor pool are great. we had lunch at hotel restaurant and it was really good. What stands out the most is STAFF. From the first moment we arrived we felt very welcome. C/I was very quick and we got all informations that we need, lady from the spa was really helpfull and polite. Our waiter was a wonderful lady and she made us feel like at home.

Rooms are spacious and excelent with the very nice bed that is large and comfy. Clean bathrooms and good heating for the cold time. Big plus is a do not disturb and do not clean touch screen instead of paper/carton ones that other hotels have.

Breakfast was good, but for 5 star hotel, it did not meet its expectation. Very small choices of food, quality is great, but not for 5. Coffee was good, but the machine for juice was broken and giving half juice, half water. Welness and Spa, looks great, but its cleanliness is not matched, especialy in the hot tub, where there were some dirty spots floating on water. I guess that was from the cleaning repository, but anyway that should be (even now in COVID time) checked all the time.

The hotel seems to be relativley new, rooms were nicely furnished, bathroom was clean and with fantastic fluffy towles; breakfast offered a wide selection (including "grey bread" on weekdays, which was I appreciated very much), very good coffee, but was more oriented on local or Balkan guests. Reception staff was very friendly and efficient.

My room was looking to the much frequented street, so street noise was heavy and disturbing even with closed windows. So obviously they need better windows. Interestingly, my room was not done after the first night, it looked like they started but were interrupted and forgot about, but it did NOT look like that's the house standard. Sink and toilet bowl are fixed very low.... not ideal for grown-ups. For breakfast they did not offer freshly baked crispy bread rolls or even croissants. I found parking, but the last one on the first day (Saturday), I assume one might find problems on more busy days.

Nice property. Two pools are an awesome addition. Everything was first class. The food was excellent too. Free breakfast was unbelievably good. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, polite, accommodating. This is a great place. Highly recommend.

I didn’t see any issues.

We went there for the indoor pool with warm water and weren’t disappointed. The water was around 30 deg. C, just right for a winter day The breakfast was ok, with salts and sweets.

The water in jacuzzi was not warm enough. The restaurant and bar were closing at 22. Doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel, but you can figure this out by looking at the price.
