Overall the hotel location is easy assessible to main public transport/ Busan train station and metro station with convenient store nearby.

The receptionist is not as helpful. There is no dustbin at the hotel lobby hence my nephew seeking help from the receptionist to throw an orange skin but the receptionist refused to. She is asking him to go back to his room (level 10) and throw it. This is out of my expectation from a hotel staff. I hope they can change their attitude or put a dustbin at the lobby.

The room was huge. The shower was wonderful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The location is close to Busan station and the subway but it’s in sketchy smelly alley. Not sure I would want to walk down it late at night.

The hotel room interior feels a bit old, but it probably is just the design of it. Most room provisions are relatively good and acceptable for me as a simple solo traveler, as the priority feature I required was a bidet (something not yet commonly found in this country). Location is very conveniently close to Busan Station which made it easy for local transportation by subway, and also because my planning was to take the KTX to Seoul after 5 days in Busan. It was just a 5-8 minute walk so dragging my luggage along was a breeze. Staff are friendly and courteous and very kindly allowed me to check in half an hour earlier than 3pm. Basic toiletries and amenities are provided. For those who want to get drinks and snacks to chill out in their hotel rooms or even the hotel's rooftop garden, there is a nearby supermarket (초량두배로마트 부산역점) that gets you groceries at prices way cheaper than convenience stores. Would book again if there was a good price and time in future for sure.

Basically. nothing much was very unsatisfactory. Perhaps, would be good to provide simple instructions on a printout on how to use the TV, because I had some difficulties during the first 2 days and only after testing a few buttons then realized that the TV channel settings always go back to default every time I left for the day and came back at night.

Really nice friendly staff, close to Busan railway station and the metro. Nice big room with spa bath and separate shower, a window that opens and has a fly screen. Stayed at the end of November and just the underfloor heating was enough to keep the room warm, without needing to use the ceiling heater/AC unit. Roof viewing area is nice. Fairly decent breakfast for 9000 won *when available*, you buy a breakfast voucher from reception the night before.

Breakfast was cancelled on days 2 and 3 of my stay, I was told that the breakfast staff were off sick but i'm wondering if it was due to an extremely low room occupancy rate at a very quiet time of the year. It's near a flyover, but there was very little traffic during the night so I slept with window open (9th floor).

Good location near Busan train station and also to get around Busan with local buses.

I did like the room and bathroom shower was great. The only problem I had was a generator when sleeping as could not pinpoint the exact location as it seem to come from the wall next to the single bed. it was not the air con as turned it off for a while but the noise continued but still the hotel was nice and for your information it was room 802.

The location is great. Only 5-7 mins walk from Busan Station in flat road so it's not tiring to walk to hotel (the street is a little bit dark and quiet though...). Hotel seems to be new as the decoration and stuff in the hotel still look fresh and shiny. The room is even more spacious and beds are bigger than the pictures I saw when booking so I was very happy. The facilities in the room are awesome with separate toilet area, washing area and bathing area so it's convenient even if 3 people stay in the same room. My fav is the automatic toilet, kk. The bed sheets and pillows are clean and comfy as well. Though I stayed for 2 days only, my room was still cleaned up very neatly each day. The staff is also friendly and professional.

Nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Very satisfied.

Given the low price point, we didn't expect much but the hotel had everything to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Staff really welcoming, and room really comfortable. Large bed, separate toilet to bathroom, spa bath and a mini fridge. Walking distance to Busan station so really easy to get everywhere and many of our tours departed from here (including all three hop on/hop off buses). We found location to station particularly important given Busan is so spread out and it can take 30minutes to get to another side of the city. Chinatown, Texas Street and Nampo Underground Shopping Centre about 500m away. Plenty of GS25, 7Elevens, Starbucks etc in and around the area as well as Korean, Mexican, Italian, Russian, Chinese food (plenty of choice).

No real view in our room, window faced a building wall. This was known to us though prior to booking but the price again was excellent so this didn't really bother us as always home at night as so much to see in Busan!

The toilets were heated and it had a bidet, there was also a separation from the bath area and the toilet which kept things clean. The room was simple and clean. The location is fairly close to the Busan train station where there are a bunch of cafés and food joints.There were also makeshift food tents which were run by old aunties and the food there was really good and affordable.

Although it was super nice, if you don't want to spend you time traveling from one stop to another, I'd recommend you stay closer to Haeudae area instead.
