Hotel Loft

Modern, clean and quiet in a nice area of Seoul. The room was large with a large shower, bath and a jacuzzi as well as space to sit in a loft style. Lots of things included in the room and hotel if wanted but easy to come and go from if you want to move round Seoul and near to the tube lines

Not much tea/coffee provided in the room but lots of coffee shops nearby so not really a problem and there is no window in the room so not much natural light or air but there was not a view to be seen anyway ( unless, like us, you enjoyed watching the people working on the building site next door)

It was very comfortable, and it had an amazing massage chair we didn't expect.

It was the most comfortable bed ever - I slept so well. I loved the spa bath and the room also had a fancy bath and a shower so I had multiple options. It was a very funky design as well - very pretty room. I was very happy to come home to it every evening. Great view of a super neat construction site next door - I loved watching the trucks loading and their little covers coming over as they drove out the gate. Very close to metro station which is all you need.

I never went for the breakfast, but the bar/restaurant didn't seem to be open in the evenings. There are plenty of good options nearby though.

1-location: subway, restaurants, convenient store nearby 2-spacious with tubs and jacuzzi at patio 3-receptionist was helpful 4-toilet is clean and heated with self clean button 5-unique interior loft design - very European

1-window can’t be fully closed so can hear outside noise such as traffic at night and can be cold 2-house keeping didn’t replace enough accessory 3-remote for central air doesn’t have English version - hard to use 4- the fan for central air is directly blow to the bedding. can be uncomfortable and it’s a bit noisy 5- we can hear the guest above us as the design for the loft has spiral stairs, very loud noise when they walk up and down

The location was great. Really enjoyed the convenience of public transport and availability of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The staff were incredibly kind. They helped with locating my phone that I lost the first day I arrived. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The room was very spacious. A free transport to the airport was included after staying more than five days and the price was budget friendly.

The lighting system in the room was very frustrating. It went for a very dark ambience and can only be controlled from one system at the entrance. The hotel in general was dated and probably needs an update in their hallways but the room itself was really clean. The layout of the bathroom was also a bit strange. It was very big but the toilet was very close to the shower and the shower curtain didn’t close the area so the water got all over the floor. Part of the sink area was blocked by the bathtub and the only window to the whole room was right in front of the tub with a view to a building under construction so there was limited natural light in the room. Perhaps the other rooms are different or have a better view from their window.

No switch for the bathroom next to it. Could hear the water running through the pipes when upper floor were using their bathroom. Overall lights too dark

The location was convenient because it is walking distance from stores, restaurants, and the subway station. The hotel offers complimentary laundry service, which exceeded my expectations on how quick they wash your clothing. The hotel room had a laundry bag, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and a toothbrush complimentary in case you forget anything while traveling. The staff is very friendly and speak English well. The hotel felt safe and the surrounding area was safe to walk around day or night.

Across the street there were dogs that bark at night or in the morning. After awhile, I got used to the noise. Other than that small annoyance, there is nothing bad to say about this hotel or my experience.

Really liked the room, the shower was the best, aircon nice and cool, bed was really comfortable. Location is great, just 5 minutes from Dangsan Station.dont be put off because it isn't in the centre of Myeongdong or anything. If you like to experience a local korean areas that aren't just a tourist trap then this is great. Lots of restaurants, etc near by. Staff speak a small amount of English so you may need to use Google translator or something if you have any queries.

Not a huge fan of the see through toilet door. Not sure what the trend is with this is Korea. It's a bit weird.

i loved the wonderful service, the room was exceptional and the location right next to Dangsan station was just perfect. line 2 takes you most great places on Seoul with maybe one change. lots of restaurants coffee places and bars close

this was not the properties fault, but there is a very loud building site right next to the hotel where a building is being built, one of the great but also not so great parts about Korea is the work ethic, so work will start at 7 am even on Saturday and almost every Sunday

Room was big and spacious

Location, lying in the bath watching builders. Staff didn’t actually know where we were located on the map. We were here for 6 nights. When we realised that our flight had changed on day 2 we asked if we could check out a night earlier and have one night refunded, we were told no. Staff tried to help as much as they could but had no local knowledge. Google maps was no help for us and neither were the staff, getting around was very difficult.
