One of the bar staff (Teri) was brilliant and went out of her way to chat and give us local advice. She stood out. The key system was easy and the drinks were good quality. The food was a bit samey but was of decent quality. We enjoyed lunch at the outside snack buffet. The pool is superb and there were plenty of sunbeds. The entertainment was the weak point. It seemed that there was little budget. The room was comfy and the facilities were good. We would go back again, which is always the true test, however rather than it being a first on the list destination, we would look around and see if anything else caught our eye.
Most of the staff were great but one of the bar staff was very dismissive and was ignorant towards us despite us always being polite and respectful. We noticed he was very friendly and polite with the Spanish customers. We accepted it was 95% Spanish hotel and quite enjoyed the fact. We tried to speak Spanish as much as possible but we were treated differently by this man.

the hotel was ideally located for Levante Beach and all of the bars and shops in the area. it had a lovely pool, the food was really good and there was a good selection to choose from. the staff were very helpful and friendly. our room was large and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice corner room with balcony all around. Location great for our night out at Benidorm Palace immediately across road. On bus route to town or Altea. Car parking reasonable price and secure. The staff were very friendly and heloful
It was difficult to find entrance to car parking due to number of cars parked in road. The sign we saw was misleading. The smoking area was at the side of the bar terrace under our room and at times we had strong smell of smoking which we could smell in the corridor as well.

The location was excellent for Benidorm Palace, across the road. The buses were regular, cheap and they took you all the way down town for €1.20c. Taxi all the way down town was 8€ including tip. A very pleasant walk down town with plenty and varied shops, bars and restaurants. We came back from Benidorm Palace really late and one of the bar staff instructed the others to serve us even though the bar was getting ready to close.
It’s nit picking but Danish/British bacon would go better with the Irish sausages.
