The hotel also works as a restaurant. Very kind staff. The beds were super comfortable, with no noise problems from neighboring rooms or outside. Late checkin is also possible, the staff from the restaurant could help with it (just had to ring a bell). Breakfast was included in the price.

Amenities/furnisment were a bit outdated, but honestly, I didn't care, everything worked well. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated in the showers, but not significantly that it would matter. No fridge in the rooms.

Great location for getting into the Picos and good parking for motorcycles / cars etc. Good standard of food and drinks available and very clean. Friendly hotel perro (dog) !!!

breakfast does not start untill 0800 at the earliest and is very basic with toast being the wamest thing, OK if you like that kind of thing, we were looking to be set up for the day..... there are no facilities for coffee etc prior to the breakfast opening 0800hrs, make sure you have water with you before retiring to bed.....

We enjoyed our breakfast very much. The hotel had a general air of relaxation which enhanced our stay. The staff were helpful. We found the food substantial and rustic. It was a good stay

As said we loved the breakfast, the other meals were different from what we were used to. The hotel were using local produce and for that they should be commended, perhaps we are a bit British in our taste of ingredients!

warm hotel with snow on the peaks and a thick over night frost. excellent food in the restaurant. unfussy but excellent Spanish cuisine. dead silent night. Storks nesting 100 meters from the hotel. Amazing scenery . comfy bed. clean sheets. Very Spanish, bar, patrons etc. I will be back. Bloody perfect after an epic and amazing long day on the motorcycle.

Small, family hotel where you feel very comfortable and welcome. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and in good mood. Breakfast is delicious - fresh orange juice which you can already smell when you arrive and toasted bread. Hotel has also terrace on the grass under the trees where you can spend your free time and relax.

Bed was too soft in my opinion.

Friendly staff. Very cheap to stay here. Room was comfy. bed comfy . clean. parking for motorbikes at front. lift to our floor. bar was very cheap. evening meal was good. I had veal. wine good price too. all good except for breakfast unfortunately!!!

very basic breakfast. slow service unfortnately as everyone at breakfast early. we got missed out on several of the items other tables ececeived!no buffet. just brought to table which would have been ok,...... buth we were forgotten in the corner!!

Restaurant mostly meat dishes - we had Bacalhau (cod) which was fine but would be nice to have more non-meat choices. But restaurant was obviously popular - full at lunchtime!

Very nice owner, service and people who served us. The restaurant was very good and it is a pleasure to sit outside in the garden and have a beer. Somehow Boc de Huergano is the nice end of the world, the scenery of picos is amazing. If you are then well served you feel like being on the perfect spot to relax.

The walls and the doors are rather thin, but usually the restaursnt closes early enough and people respect each other.

Great location. Nice property with clean comfortable rooms. Small village location. On a main road through the village but hardly any traffic so not a problem. Friendly staff.

Nothing really. Some of the floor tiles were loose on the way to the rooms but that's being very picky.

A friendly, characterful hotel, with a rustic restaurant specialising in local food. A handy stopping off point to/from the ferry if touring Spain/Portugal. I thought the pictures made the room look a little tired, but the bathroom was modern and the shower powerful.

There is nothing else in the town, so there is no point arriving at the hotel early.
