The location is excellent, parking is right next to the hotel and has always been available and free. The hotel is located on the first line near the entrance - exit of Cala Millor. There is a small park and a lot of greenery nearby. The walking promenade is ideal for morning sports. The beach has plenty of space and beach umbrellas. There are many shops with groceries and essential goods around the hotel. Antigen COVID test can be performed in the ambulance, apr. 300 m behind the hotel and it"s ready within 30 min with certificate confirmation. All apartments have at least a side sea view and an exit to the balcony from each room. Furnitures are fully consistent with the photos on the site, a bit tired, but comfortable in in general. The kitchen has enough cookwares and space for storing and preparing food. Nice and comfortable bed, great bedding. Quiet enough at night with open doors to the balcony. We slept comfortably. The bathroom is comfortable - there is a magnifying mirror, a decently powerful hairdryer, although not new, enough space for towels. We were at the restaurant for breakfast once - it is not exquisite, but varied and fresh. There is enough space in the restaurant, including outside garden. We didn't use the pool. Beach towels are huge and soft, deposit 15 euros for each one.

Breakfast and coffee would be more delicious, toiletries could be more various, as body lotion and hair conditioner as well.

Family friendly hotel with a fantastic view to the sea. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a small kitchen corner in the living room. The food was delicious, great variety to choose from - meat, fish, pasta, salads and fantastic desserts. There were many families with young children and all the stuff was very kid friendly - high chairs at the restaurant and even a food corner with plastic bowls, cutlery and fresh soups for the small ones. Definitely recomment it if you have small kids but still want to enjoy a nice hotel without worries.

Lovely location with pool and sea view, close to Cala Millor town but out enough to be more quiet. Perfect venue for a family stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet quality was good as well as the variety. The staff was very helpful although sometimes (eg. in the restaurant) they seemed to struggle to support all of the guests (maybe one or two additional personnel would help). Our kids enjoyed the pool, the playground as well as the beaches in the area. The evening animation was also a plus to keep the children excited and entertained. Overall a very positive experience and I can definitely recommend for families.

The beds were too soft and resulted being uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a bit too loud for the night and sometimes it struggled to keep the air chilled enough during the hottest hours of the day. A couple of times it stopped in the middle of the night and did not work anymore until morning.

Great food! Different fresh fish every evening, grill, local vegetables and fruits. Very friendly staff. Silent nights, comfortable beds. Really good sleep. Nice sea view from the balcony. Kitchenette in the apartment is small and a bit old, but sufficiently equipped so that we could cook something simple for lunch to take away and eat somewhere on a beach. Kids were glad with minidisco, playground and everyday shows. Good opportunities for walking around: the beach is just a few steps away, the promenade is good for morning jogging, the rocky cape with its little medieval fortress 1.5 km from the hotel is worth visiting.

Children slept on sofas in a living room, and it was noisy because of the old refrigerator and some other electric devices. The indoor pool is very small and it’s really loud there! The beach next to the hotel is rocky and not really good for swimming, the good beach is 1 km away in the town center.

Outdoor pool was not open when we went because we went during off season. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are like mini apartments and had full kitchens in them. Dinner and breakfast was good but a little over priced in our opinion. Overall would go back during summer

The indoor pool did disappoint us as it was very very small compared to the pictures posted. The indoor hot tub was not "hot" at all. Parking was hard at night and sometimes had to park 5 mins away to find anything

Fantastic location. In a quiet part of the resort with immediate beach access but also close to the nature reserve and undeveloped coastline

We felt they were constantly a bit short staffed. The staff were all very pleasant but we were continuously given the wrong drinks order at dinner every night. The staff were friendly though so only a mild annoyance

Amazing view from the room. The apartment was Comfortable for family of four. Good service, good restaurant, super staff. Rosa, Luis et Michaela were really qualified and skilled.

Entertainment could be better with more activities.Charly was great though. There should be non alcoholic beverages, water included for free with half board.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Nice see view. The kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t need it that much. The restaurant serves great half board. The food was of really good quality, tasty and diverse. Really good location and wi-fi.

The indoor pool is rather small.

Great food half board, especially dinners, every day different offer, grill, a lot of desserts. All meat with great taste. Reasonable price on drinks. Great quiet lacation on edge of resort. Nice pool and easy access to beach.

Some furniture in rooms would need replacement, indoor doors and some cupboards.

Great place for those who love bicycles, sea and sand. Very calm and peaceful place. There are horses nearby, mini golf and some restaurants. Pine wood forest with castle (and restaurant) is the must. Sandy beach 20 meters away as well as long Promenade. Great program for youngsters (kids disco) and their parents at night. We enjoyed the food with variety from fish to meat and choice of sweets. Thank you!

The hotel is little bit outdated with rooms of a 3* hotel. But the whole experience was really good, except of the singer on Monday who had songs of 60th and it felt like in house for oldie people.
