pools opening hours. very uncomfortable when with children, we arrived first at 20:00 where the pool was closed and the opening hour is 12:00 after check out, when you have kids very unpractical as we choose the hotel because of the pool but at the end couldn’t use it.

The location of the hotel, just outside Cordoba was very good (we had a car to drive to the city center). The pool area with garden and bar were a very nice place to relax after a day in the city. The breakfast was nice and everything was present with a lot of different items to choose from. Rooms were quiet and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpfull! A lot of parking space is present in the private hotel carpark.

The airco in the room was just able to keep up during these hot summer days (36-41°C). The breakfast was very crowded from time to time and the breakfast space was not a so pleasant to sit in. In general, the hotel felt a bit outdated in a few areas and is in need of a proper upgrade of the rooms, pool, ... to keep everything up to standard (we booked a standard double room).

We spent one day at this place during an extremely hot day in Cordoba. it was way above 40 degres that day. After visiting the Cathedral-Mosque and the centrum, we headed straight to the hotel pool, which was great and so welcoming. Value and satisfaction depends on price, and since it is the summer we had a very good price. Service was there when we needed them, check in/out was fast and without issue. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Room was clean and shower was hot. Kids loved the pool, the room was quite big for 4 people, we slept very well. The place is quite big, and the outside area is beautiful. Location is ok, it's better to have a car as it is 15 minutes from the centre of town. There are a few restaurants a few minutes by car and you can find street parking easily, at least in low season :) . I don't think I would have chosen this hotel if we went in winter time, the location makes it harder / less practical to come back in town for the night. but in extreme heat, the big pool enabled us to cool down. I have to say that with kids, the extra space in the room and the size of the place was appreciated. I would come back again.

We booked a suite for one night. They accepted our little dog for a fee. Our room was clean and tidy and of generous proportions, our lady Reyes does a great job. It has several beds so it was more a family room than a suite. We were treated very nicely and generously. At night we had dinner and as our little dog was too hot (so was I) they were very understanding and served our dinner on the grass area, were smokers supose to go. The food was delicious, we had the tuna and solomillo, highly recommended.  The hotel is set in a green area nicely manicured. With free parking.

The elevators are a bit old and small. The suite was not quiet as it has extra 2 bed instead of a lounge area.

This hotel is in a brilliant location - far enough from the noise and bustle of the city to provide an oasis of calm, but close enough for very easy access via public transport. The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and helpful and all genuinely seemed to be happy to work as part of the team. The Azaire Terrace is a lovely place to have an evening meal, and the food is great. in particular, a waitress called Lidia is fab at her job. Nothing was too much trouble, she was great at anticipating customer needs and multi-tasking, and was patient enough to endure our efforts to speak Spanish despite the fact her English is great! She is a credit to the hotel.

A minor quibble is that some of the fixtures and fittings in the room have seen better days, but this didn’t impact on our enjoyment of our stay. it was a shame that the outdoor pool is not operational until June, as it would have been nice to be able to use that facility.

The property is beautiful & set in a quiet neighborhood. The food, both breakfast & dinner, was delicious, very nicely plated & with excellent flavors. We can’t say enough good things about the staff we encountered both at the check-in desk & in the dining rooms. Our room was spacious, heated (winter visit), and had everything needed. As we chose not to rent a car, the only small issue was the distance from town. Fortunately, the bus stop was a block or two from the hotel & the bus cards worked well & were inexpensive. It is a lovely place. We enjoyed our visit.

Lovely traditional hotel with helpful and friendly staff who went the 'extra mile' to make our stay enjoyable. We were even presented with a complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of water with a welcome letter. The room was bright and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a bigger then average bathroom with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Our dinner in the dining room was delicious. Away from the centre of the city but still easy to access with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. Thank you for a great stay in your beautiful city.

I loved this place. The outside patio with bar service was great to have in the odd afternoon hours where it is difficult to find an open restaurant. Big king bed that was comfortable. The breakfast was the best buffet we had in our 6 various Spain hotels.

They didn’t have hand soap in our room. we had to use shower gel to wash our hands. also my husband would have liked different pillow options. there was a tiny decorative one and then a king size one for each of us. Another regular size pillow each would have made it perfect.

Good location for visiting Cordoba City and the surrounding area. The rooms were cool and comfortable especially as the temp reached over 45 degrees during the week. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was the same every day (We were there 6 days). The pool doesn't open untill 12 in the afternoon, it would have been nice to have a swim before breakfast especially given the high temperatures.

Excellent, huge room with a big and very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, huge bathroom, good Wifi, good parking spaces, very nice staff. The location was beautiful, about 5 km from the city center, up on a hill in a sort of residential neighborhood, with gorgeous houses and gardens all around. The staff was also well prepared to deal with unexpected situations as one of the guests, who was drunk and rather violent, caused a big scene one evening (we were not involved, I just witnessed the whole thing) that ended up with the police being called.

The breakfast was rather poor, especially for a 4 star hotel. There were no vegetables, the breakfast area was rather small and very noisy in the morning. The hotel could use a bit of sprucing up in some places. The other issue is that there is only one bus going from the are to the city center and there are only 2 buses per hour, so unless you enjoy a long walk (it takes about 50 minutes to get to the city center), this may be a problem. Driving was not an option as we were on vacation and wanted to enjoy a glass of wine in the city.
