Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma

The Hotel is unique in it's appearance and style. It is so far from a corporate hotel and we love it for that and other reasons. The breakfast is stupendous, offering more variety than anything that we have experienced outside Asia (with one - also in Spain - fabulous exception). The Spa experience that we had was very good and the outside pool was refreshing on a hot day.

The only downside that we experienced was the evening meal. Though delicious and eye-catching it was mean in size and not worth what it cost. So different from the breakfast.

The hotel building is historic and interesting. It is close to the town centre and it is an easy walk to explore the area. We came by car and were happy with the car parking available. We loved the buffet breakfast and also the evening meal which were served in the restaurant in the central courtyard of the hotel. We also enjoyed using the spa.

We enjoyed the whole experience.

A fabulous hotel, beautifully designed, an incredible mix of old and new, and spacious. Very comfortable rooms, amazing beds. Fantastic thermal pool and spa facilities. Very good staff. Ideal location. Great showers. The best breakfast we have ever experienced. Good parking.

The corridors could be dark in places, which is disconcerting if you are a disadvantaged walker.

Staff was absolutely LOVELY. Most of them spoke English as well. The hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast was great.

The lights in the relaxation room in the spa change colors suddenly, not gradually. This is a little jarring when trying to relax, but not really a problem.

The staff was very friendly - especially Silvia on the reception and Carmen in the restaurant. They both went the extra mile in helping us with everything - super job. Both also good english speakers. Food was high quality in the restaurant. Good parking underground.

Red wines are brought from the cellar too cold temperature and even with decanter it takes 45-60 minutes that the temperature would be acceptable to appreciate the wines high quality.

Good stay. We had the room on the attic floor, furthest possible away from the life, no view - the hotel was by no means full - I guess we got this room because we booked through booking.com, can think of no other reason why we had such a bad location in an empty hotel No complaints about the room itself.

Great installations and deco, very nice room, spa, diner, breakfast, all is great and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Stunning building, great service and ambiance, comfortable beds, and a wonderful breakfast buffet you should not miss out. Beautiful area around to hiking. Also the town is most impressive although not very busy.

Breakfast was very good. Good variety.

Nowhere to put towel when you came out of shower, as a consequence reached for towel when exiting shower and slipped - unfortunately cutting my nose on shower rim. Staff were very kind and was seen to very swiftly.

The hotel is beautiful, the beds super comfortable and the Spa is amazing to go with our baby boy during the allowed times.

Nothing, it's already our second time there and there's nothing to complain about.
