We stayed here for one night while walking the Cami de Cavalls. It's a charming place, built in 1972 (I'd loved to have seen the plans) as a fantasy village, right on the sea, with winding alleyways, courtyards and a concrete bathing beach. Our room was small but with everything including a small kitchen. There is a bar in the main street where we had breakfast. No kettle or hairdryer in the room and bring your own toiletries (there are bars of soap). I would guess that most rooms are very dark and most have no outside space. our window opened onto the alleyway. Restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner were superb, the fish restaurant in the main street then the one up the stairs in the complex with the swimming pool (sorry about lack of names) were smashing. TIB Bus stop outside and the Ting Ting beach train is a laugh to get to Punta Prima and back.

This is not a complaint because we had a perfect stay; but my advice if you are staying more than one night is to find a room with a balcony or that overlooks the sea, simply because if you want to air your cossy or dry a towel, it's difficult otherwise as some rooms are cave-like. It's all part of the charm.

Friendly staff. Location is amazing - right in the middle of the little village with all you need right on the doorstep. Great atmosphere in the town. Great restaurants to choose from. Very scenic. Apartment is 1980's chic! Very 80's/90's but it's clean and functional. No aircon so v hot in the summer but there were stand fans in the bedrooms. Nice little pool area.

We asked for another pillow several times but couldn't get one and so there was no pillow for the sofa bed as the pillows on the beds were long 'double' pillows. Luckily we have friends in the area so we borrowed one from them for our short stay here.

Everything. What a relief after the horror of the Pierre & Vacances resort on the cliff. Friendly, simple, wonderful place. And actually inside the reconstructed fisher village. The front desk man was a sweetheart and the room was wonderful, and unlike at the Pierre & Vacances, its bathroom (including large bath and bidet) did not try to kill me with flooding, slippery tiles or water dripping through the lights. It was great and the shower has the kind of pressure you say "yes, sir!" to. Wish I had booked here in the first place, but foolishly assumed the P&V Eden would be as wonderful as the original Eden hotel in 2003 (it's not, it's a disaster as a hotel -- great spot for a lounge restaurant and some pools, but not a hotel). I was wary of staying in the tourist attraction of the village, but the little alleys containing the guest accommodations are roped off at night and all is very peaceful. It's a gem.

That I stupidly tried to recapture a wonderful stay at the Eden hotel overlooking the village in 2003, thinking it being reopened post-Covid by Pierre & Vacances, that supposedly ethical chain of relaxed hotel venues, would improve it. Unfortunately it is run by a short bearded Basil Fawlty on anabolic steroids and his catatonic French assistant manager/henchwoman, who have beaten the rest of the desk staff into non-responsive robots and brand-new crew clearly appalled by their inhospitability but obviously powerless to counter it. Had I come to the Apartamentos Binivell Park in the first place, I would have saved myself a lot of stress and actual health- and life-threatening situations. This place in the village is just wonderful and was a welcome respite from the horrors up on the cliff.

The location of the residence was really nice, with many cafes and restaurants all around. It was very handy to have our own kitchen and the possibility to eat "at home" as well. The priximity to many nice beaches and bays was also a plus, as well as the (very clean) swimming pool.

Binibeca is very badly connected and if you don't have a car it's difficult to move (ther than places reachable walking) taxis are very hard to get and are very expensive. Also it's advertised that there should be a car rental in the village right next to the residence (there is) but it seems to be permanetly closed so to get a car you have to go to Punta Prima - and if you don't have car to get there it's super hard with taxis, thankfully we managed with the turistic senic train. Finally restaurants were quite pricy but that must be all over Menorca

Really beautiful complex with restaurants and cocktail bars in it. Beautiful courtyard with a pool and a small lake, loads of birds singing and very peaceful. We had a small table with chairs outside where we could enjoy the view.

The room and bathroom weren't very clean when we got in. Found hair in the bathroom. Sometimes cochroches made their way into the room at night so we found a few in the morning on the floor (could be expected as it was warm weather?)

Property is a great location in a beautiful village of Binibeca Vell. Close to shops, restaurants, car/scooter hire and beaches/swim spots. Very picturesque place that felt quite special to stay in.

Room had little air flow/ventilation and not a good fan, got very hot inside.

Really good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment has its own charm. Interesting decor. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a large fan on the ceiling, but due to the location of the apartment (between buildings, in a narrow alley) it was very hot in the room. All necessary accessories were in the apartment ( cleaning detergent, sponge, towels, etc.).

Beautiful setting, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants

It is about a 20 minute walk to either beach so could be difficult for elderly or disabled people Also, bathroom could do with updating.

Staff was kind and helpful, the accommodation is amazing, protected old fisherman little pearl of a town. Old, clean, magic. Thank you. Note to self: must come back and stay longer.

No wifi in the room. But perhaps this should be good rather than not so good!

Cute apartment near the village center and not far from the sea.

The apartment could be a little better equipped - I would have appreciated more dishes etc., when you want to cook, it's complicated.
